A quick update on the new version of the game.

I’m working as much as possible to release the Patreon version by August 18th. At the moment, honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to, as I believe I’m only about 60% done with the renders.

I’ll let you know if I can’t finish in time.

I do not plan to add any particular fetishes, especially NTR, which will never be present. As for the scenes, it will depend; I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. My game is a classic VN, so if you see something, it means it happens. I might (as I did in the latest update) include variations for a scene. I am also considering adding the option to always skip a scene, but at the moment, it is not a priority for me.

when you say skip a scene i assume that you mean no matter what the scene happens but you give the player the option to watch it or not. If that is what you mean imo its a waste of time to implement a function like that generally if people dont like a fetish for example lesbian/bi stuff just a skip option dosnt change their opinion still knowing the scene happens is enough to turn alot of people off. If you want to apeal to people who might not like a fetish or scene you implement an avoid option is better. That is when their is a in game choice that has direct impact on if something happens or not.

Hi everyone, Project: S.P.E.S. v0.5 is now available!

Creating this update was an enormous challenge (+800 renders in less than a month), and I’ll never do something like this again. If there are any issues, please let me know. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fix them until early September. In the last update, some of you asked for an Android version; unfortunately, I wasn’t able to create one for this update either because I only had time to focus on the game itself. I’ll try to include it in the next version.

The game's graphics are made in Honey Select 2; there's an excellent repack of that game here, made by ScrewThisNoise. Or you can always buy the retail version on Steam, but tbh the repack on here has way more functionality and can be modded further, and it's free of course. (If you're jsut looking for other AVN's made with that engine, they're all over the place on here. It's a very popular engine for developers. Stray Incubus, Wartribe Academy, Depths Revival, Stormside and Worlds Crossing Academy are jsut a few popular games made in HS2. You can also check out Tragic Elf LIfe, which is also done in HS2 and has some similar mechanics with the whole double-classed society thing.)

I, too, enjoy the dialog (and the game). I am also enjoying the music the author put it. It's one of the few I don't find annoying.

I can't do ''you've been chosen for this program but we can't tell you why until you accept but if you accept you'll basically have no rights or freedom of choice going forward''. It's just such a mediocre premise.

I can't express how much I dislike withheld information as a substitute for real intrigue and mystery. There's a way to do this without insulting our intelligence.

Ok game, but too bad can't avoid Sofia and Emilia, basically both are the same type, and both are very tiresome, there's only so much "idiot" I can stand to hear. Interested in everyone else, and the swim coach Ayla who of course I'm sure isn't a LI.

This is a very nice start to a game, there are a few things I'm not a big fan of (not telling MC what's going on, Sofia being left behind, and now being kidnapped by the guy who's been stalking her), but I think the good outweighs the bad. Emilia is a very well realized tsundere. She never goes too far in the mean direction and she shows that she cares for the MC fairly openly, even if she tries to disguise it. A lot of times an MC will be braindead and won't even realize that a tsundere likes him until it has to be spelled out for him, so it's good to see that the MC isn't a complete dumbass. The MC is also pretty good because he actually has a spine and doesn't allow himself to be pushed around. Looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.

I like this game tbh, while i usually don't like the controlling jealous bitch it all comes down on how MC deal with them, so far MC doesn't seem to be a pushover, sure sofia wants to boss MC around but they have a long relationship to the point of being like family and he knows she'll love him even if he get an entire new harem, while emilia is like that anoying little sister that insults you everytime because she can't be honest with her feelings for MC also she has a lot in common with sofi from his POV. Anyway those two might not on the level of a certain tsundere ginger from a certain cafe, they are not bad, i'll try and support this one as long as MC doesn't become a peace loving wimp, and by that i mean if there is someone to beat the crap on, go and do it, get a gun and kill the mf it seems there's a lot of trash to clean in this little world dev made...

I just reached the end of the content. I hoped for more content being the 5th release.
That Emily needs to be changed, too many "idiot" and "pervert", the tsundere behaviour has becoming annoying over the years.
I have a question though, what happens if at the beginning I refuse to join that college?
