And obviously doesn't respect codified US free speech law.
1. Free speech does not mean "I'm free to say whatever I want without repercussions", you are still held accountable by laws and regulations for certain matters such as "obscenity, fraud, child pornography, speech integral to illegal conduct, speech that incites imminent lawless action...,etc, etc.", which is very much .

2. Visual mediums are far more of a thin ice than purely written material. So the people that can actually be help accountable for the content hosted here decided to not take such chances. What a surprise.

3. As for where you can find it, Google is your friend. The creator has a blog.

Number one. Yes it does. "Loli" artwork is codified free speech by the Supreme Court. Obscenity law is not enforceable.

Drawings are codified as exempt from the Ferber standard, and also does not fall within obscenity law. Period. I can even yell fire in a crowded theater, and it is still protected speech. Further proof from an orator better than myself. He is reasonably accurate in his assessment of law.

Number 2. NOPE! This entire website hosts infringing copyright protected material. That is a more legally perilous position than is hosting fucking drawings of non-extant FICTIONAL minors. Spare me this hand wringing. It is a priavet website so they may manage it however they want. Absolutely. That is the only legitimate argument that can be made on this issue. I disagree with the operator's decision. But it enrages me that you go down a moralizing argument of burhbrurburbuah, greater good something something.

I get that. I'm just frustrated that there is a maddening level of versioning and no clear indication what the definitive version of this game is. Because from skimming through the discussion here and elsewhere. It appears the artist has removed parts of the game later in development and added in memes. It doesn't even appear I can pay the artist personally to the most complete public release they have already compiled on their own hardware. It's maddening.

I get all of these, but they are court rulings and not official legislation as far as I know. Would you still get acquitted in court based on previous rulings (like the above)? Most likely, but you'd still get prosecuted before that.
My idea of idyllic evening does not involve trying to pass the Miller test in a courtroom.

Don't get me wrong, I fully agree with your reasoning, but the pitfalls are what they are.
As for the copyright infringement, it's also illegal by the book but the risks are nowhere near the same. What can most creators do? DMCA the links? That's pretty much it, I can't see anyone filing a lawsuit.

Also, as I mentioned, check his blog if you haven't done so (I presume you didn't). You can find what you seek there (along with a Paypal link if you so desire). Just keep in mind that the creator is Russian, so any "official" version may not be readily available in English.

Trying to get fiction under law is such a funny thing. :ROFLMAO:

Here I'm going to show you some characters of manhwa "Fight Club Kindergarten" I'm reading:
Screenshot_9.png
To the left - Muscles(girl, 7 years), to the right - Rose(girl, 8 years)

Now go ahead and tell me, does anyone still considers them as lolis?(Well if not lolis(since they are also supposed to look cute), then underage) :giggle:

WRONG. You would motion to dismiss based on case law. And barring other complications. The judge would bang the gavel and dismiss the prossecution's case. THE END. You obviously don't understand how case law works. Do you? Nothing I say is legal advice. I am not a lawyer. However, it is my opinion. That my case would be so strong. I wouldn't even retain a lawyer and I would be walking to my car before lunch that day.

My idea of idyllic evening does not involve trying to pass the Miller test in a courtroom.
Fortunately that would not be necessary. Because that would require a trial, and any sane judge would throw out this case during the preliminary processes. Except in cases of actual child abuse, but the accessory charges would likely also be dropped.

No, developer shifted priority of development to english version since he works with patreon, as such russian version even more behind. Current one is 0.06g I belive.

And just like that the random version of 0.07 I found is not only the most updated version. But the dev doesn't even version in a reasonable way. One of these days. I will have a stroke, caused by the biggest most impotent reee of mankind. And it will likely kill me....

I am not a lawyer. Nothing I say should be considered legal advice. Any views I have expressed represent my own opinions as a United States citizen.

Uh ok I think I played the demo for this when it just came out and it confused the hell out of me. So can anyone tell me what is it actually about? All I remember is the ending where you get blamed for someone's suicide I think and started running from the police? But other than that I have no idea.

That's pretty much the goal of the whole game, to learn what the hell is going on.

P.S. after that there are plenty of more weird and mysterios staff going on.
