"It's been a while!
This time, the design for the normal elf character is complete!
The normal elf character will play a similar role to the normal human character.
We are aiming to release version 0.6 in August, and will let you know the exact date as soon as it is decided.
It's been hot lately, so please take care of your health.
We will do our best to bring you an even better game. Thank you!"

There's another gif of creampie too, just didn't bother to upload it here.

No word about Steam MBM, sadly.

As for new animation, I had a thought recently. If ProjectR's spine version reach 4.2 that means it can use physics module and that makes things pretty damn interesting for animation.
In this elf-goblin animation hair sprite seem to move as if it's physics-based. At least it looks like it to me, but I won't be able to say for sure before I'll have 0.6 assets on my end to check them.

Now, I'll post an example for new Spine physics test I made just so you can see what I mean. This is not possible to implement in MBM on my end, since it runs on 4.0 spine version module, but I'm assuming ProjectR can do this.
One animation is a default MBM spine 4.0 and another is a test port to 4.2 with applied physics module:

Original (No Physics) : goblinneroNoPhysics.gif

4.2 Spine Physic Constraints applied: NeroGoblin1PhysicsTest2.gif * this one is "less than 5 mins" edit. Just to prove a point.

When physic constraints is applied to a body part you just need to input values to make it move however you want. With some general bone movement animation for starters of course, but then it's easier to animate in a way you want.

The belly and tits animation in your edit is fucking great, really activates my neurons.

Which is ironic, because that's literally just a quick test with adding physics properties to several bones in the skeleton. Which can't be used for mod purposes in MBM at least.
I would also like to check the potential performance hit, since it's definitely takes more CPU time for simulation. If there's a noticeable framerate hit I'd rather to use a 'handcrafted' method instead. But as a tool for visual reference it look pretty good.

If this is really this easy, and if developer reads this topic by chance, maybe they'll consider applying physics in the base game from the start )))

We have at least one dev account around here, but I'm not the one. Still, game is open enough to modding its assets, so people can experiment if they want to. The only roadblock for community animation edits is mostly due to Spine being a paid-license software.

Glad we finally have a rough idea of when the next update drops, but sad that it's all the way in August... I was secretly hoping for much sooner.
The standard elf looks really cute, though. It's so rare for artists to use the "dirty blonde" color. I wish it was more popular.

i hope they will implement more racial differences, than just pointy ears, like in theory elven bodies should be more petite compared to human, they could even make some elves almost plank or with apple sized breasts and conception rates should be much more lower. Don't know if they are aiming for steam, but this is their best chance of making lolis, if they do

They're porting over the races from MBM, and in MBM elves leaned more towards being busty. As for flat chested lolis, that would most likely come in when they decide to port over the bunny girls and maybe the dwarves depending on if they make the dwarves busty or not (there is also the sheep girls but those are firmly oppai loli).

if they are not aiming for steam, then as far as i can remember there was loli variation for every race in mbm and seeing the drawings of adult male hero and teen variant makes me think that they will implement shota and reverse rape in this game and if there is shota and reverse rape then there probably will be lolis as well

Early (very early) dev posts also included a loli stage of development, but it was never implemented. So it's definitely possible, we just haven't heard anything about it in a long time similar to shota MC and Rune. As for Steam release, I doubt that would influence whether or not loli content is included since they can just do what they did for MBM and pretty much every other hentai game on Steam does and cut out all the disallowed content from the Steam release and provide a content restoration patch off Steam, as Steam doesn't really care if you do that as long as the base Steam release doesn't include that content. Granted the MBM Steam release has been delayed in the review process for some reason, so who knows.
