I made a 'mod' that exchanges the MC's moaning sounds to some rudimentary squirting sounds.
Extract the file, put the 'game' folder into your game's root folder and overwrite

I ended up just turning off voices. Sound effects are fine, I just have no interest in hearing male moaning or any voiced conversation, to be honest, so it was the easiest solution.
