I can't pay for a 150m yacht. Even if I want to. So could you be a good pirate and get me one? From Feadship please. Not that shit from Ferretti, Sunseeker, or Azimut Benetti. Thank you so much! And Classy, sorry dude but it would've happened sooner or later. BTW i did pay for it, but some of us just can't even if we want to.
Android and Mac Versions:Now I wait for android update for this fantastic game
Going back to 0.8 with both Hanna and Kaylee's dad mentioning that it's a new kind of trackable energy core, as well as the gang leader resurrecting at the end, I think it's more than clear that this event has been building up to since the start of season 2, it definitely didn't come all of a sudden. I'm not sure why you think this entire energy core story arc has been 100% comedic up until now, just because it had some comedic elements along the way. The actual scene where they stole the energy core was definitely not comedic, it ended with the leader resurrecting as a cyber zombie, obviously it was gonna have dramatic repercussions.Only recently cottoned on to this game when it was mentioned in an overrated/underrated games thread (as the latter, obviously). Since then, it's been a binge session consuming all the episodes back to back.
Story has a solid backbone and keeps me interested. Some of the funny scenes (especially from the interrogation) caught me off guard, and actually had me laughing uncontrollably. Emotional connects are engrossing and demand investment - was initially worried that each girl was going to be too template-driven, but they grew nicely from those boundaries.
Sex scenes are quite well-done and competent, but maybe the familiarity keeps them from being all that exciting. For example, the bonus scenes with the women pleasuring themselves almost feels like an obligation now. When they start, you know what's going to happen, and there's no exciting buildup, it just plays out as you expect. Am mostly playing for the story now, probably wouldn't even miss the sex much if it was gone, unless some new characters come in and make it exciting again.
I have a peeve with the latest episode, though. While Kaylee's latest chapter event was heavy and handled well on its own here, overall there seems to be some tonal mismatch. The events leading up to this had SAndrA stealing the power core from FrAns for comic effect, FrAns becoming a stoner droid for comic effect, and as a followup, you go for the additional core, which is what leads to this. Because of that, I just can't take it seriously. It feels like it's the latest in a string of goofups, which cheapens the impact of what happened. And I'm not sure why Kaylee had to become a punching bag all of a sudden, feels more like it was decided she needed a sob story rather than as a natural course of action IMO.
Anyway, hope we get back to the main plot soon without too many more distractions. One advantage of not having the required emotional weight is that moving on is much easier. In case that felt too critical, my main message was supposed to be congrats on a great game, and looking forward to more. Sorry if that got lost in the venting.
Maybe for me, the comedic elements were just more effective. The actual narrative between those hits on the other hand are more understated and easier to overlook or disregard. So rather than being 100% comedic, the parts of it that stood out to me were the comedic bits and then the ending.Going back to 0.8 with both Hanna and Kaylee's dad mentioning that it's a new kind of trackable energy core, as well as the gang leader resurrecting at the end, I think it's more than clear that this event has been building up to since the start of season 2, it definitely didn't come all of a sudden. Also I think it's clear that Kaylee is currently undergoing a transition, she's getting good with guns and got a similar coat as MC and she just shot someone for the first time, this low point is an important and very common part of the Hero's Journey. I suspect it's gonna start going up for her now. But this is just speculation, of course we don't know why this happened because we haven't seen the effects of it yet
Didn't find the stash at the begining, but trying again I did end up finding it.Two questions for y'all

The theft sequence wasn't supposed to be heavy, it was a setup, and this was the payoffMaybe for me, the comedic elements were just more effective. The actual narrative between those hits on the other hand are more understated and easier to overlook or disregard. So rather than being 100% comedic, the parts of it that stood out to me were the comedic bits and then the ending.
Even the theft sequence had the cyber zombie bit, but the entire narrative where you're asked to do it felt like "simple chore, go do it." "oh it didn't go according to plan? well, i'd have done it that way too." I didn't really get any sense of urgency or weight around the whole thing. Just seemed incidental the way things tied together. Needed money, so went back to Tartarus to ask her parents, did a fetch quest as a result which went south, then left and things went even more south. Sure, things play out that way in real life, but as constructed narrative pacing, it didn't hit the right notes to me to generate (what I assume were) the intended results.
And agreed about the hero's journey template being applied to Kaylee. Maybe it's a necessary step for her growth. Still feels a little 'head in the freezer' trope-y to me, but maybe that's my preference talking. Anyway, I'm out here talking about an indie erotic VN like it should have high art standards applied to it, which might be stupid. But some parts of the game transcend the trappings or at least weave them in seamlessly, so it's easy to forget.
I found it on the second attemptTwo questions for y'all

2. Did you find the snack stash?
1. Probably the snack stash search. The Sandra events were cute and emotional, and I liked them, but the entire setup was a little cliche. The gun game was cool as well, however. And the ending with Kaylee was well executed and prepared. Two questions for y'all

1: probably the competition with the guns, it was fun and well done, plus quite realistic in the sense that (in case MC wins and he should) Kaylee may be talented, but that alone won't be enough to beat someone with several years of experience. Two questions for y'all
