Let me preface this by saying, I am aware the game is currently undergoing substantial upgrades/changes.
The last time I played this was probably 3 years ago or so, if not longer. I'm fairly certain I played within the first year of release.
As of today, (as far as I'm aware) there is no in depth outfit customization, breast size change, hair style change or face change.
Emilia is the only one with outfits that can be changed. The caveat being that the outfits are simply a cosmetic for the still image when talking to her.
No scenes are changed.
All of the other main girls (Sarah, Rachael, Sakura, and Same) don't currently seem to have changeable outfits.
It states to go to the Patreon to get them. (For those interested in the pregnancy stuff, it seems that is also "only on patreon" for now but I didn't test that since it isn't my fetish)
This is likely why so many people are complaining that they are paywalled.
If they're actually free to download on Patreon, it should be noted when the outfit is chosen and it says "only available on Patreon" or w/e.
Also, when it comes to the detailed customization, it seems this mechanic may not be intended for the main female love/corruption interests and is actually meant for the "teach class" option.
My assumption is based on the screenshots listed for this game, looking like the same location as the class and each girl in that class has a "customize look" option that is currently a work in progress.
The majority of the "teach class" function is also a WIP.
The only function that seems to work at the moment, is "punishment". This function goes through several different scenes though so its fairly plentiful based on how many girls are in the class.
It seems the students that show up, are also bugged. It shows Jane twice and is missing Chloe.
When it comes to current sex scenes, there seem to be a fair amount but my memory makes me think that its far less than what was in when I last played. Thought this could just be my memory failing me.
The scenes are only once a day per character. So once you talk to all 5 main girls and then "teach class", you're essentially done for that day and should go ahead and skip to the next day.
All in all, the game is okay but it seems more like a 0.1 or 0.2 version as opposed to the current 0.86.06 version which makes me think the game is nearly finished. There seems to be far more left till the game is close to done.
I would also suggest putting a disclaimer on the main page stating that features show in the screenshots for the game, may not be currently available or are a work in progress.
Kinda disappointed with the lack of features in the game, that are shown in screenshots.

Clarified whether or not outfits are changeable for any of the main girls.
I had previously not actually tried to change the outfit for either Sarah or Emilia it seems.
Emilia's outfits actually are changeable. (With no change to the scenes. Simply a cosmetic still image.)
The teacher, Sarah, says the same thing as the rest though. Go to the Patreon to download the pack.
