I'd wager that you are correct. Not only that scene makes little sense for those characters at that specific moment, but it is also barely described. I mean, if you "show restraint" the scene doens´t even describe how you are touching Nie before she simply hops into bed. And then after the deed there is ZERO changes in her behavior towards you, which feels odd.
This one only came out a couple of months ago, it's going to be a while until the next one comes out.
You won't get any more until they launch chapter 2 which won't be for a long time yet and they tend to avoid twitter due to people trying to push them to go in certain directions with their games they don't want to go.

We just don't like how people who hate it get all in a tizzy and derail every game thread just to make sure everyone in the universe knows they don't like it. It's like OK, we know, nobody cares, stop talking about it. I don't know how long you've been on this site, and you don't see it as much anymore because mods have started deleting posts from NTR haters who derail threads, but they would go on for 5 or 6 pages at a time circle jerking each other over how much they hate NTR, and it was seriously the most fucking annoying thing I've ever seen on any porn forum, outside of all the racist garbage on chan sites.
You could just ignore them you know and maybe if people who like NTR call the people who don't like it cucks maybe there wouldn't be a problem
