Basically, there's a certain guy who most likely done that (it's not exactly a high level sorcery, since engine is one of the most reverse-engineered on the market):Everyone debating really hard, but I'm here wondering if anyone (other than me) have thought about extracting the models from the game, and making hentai with Onyx.

I remember a tweet by DividebyZero (the guy who did those animations) saying that he contacted Eromancer before doing them. So I don't think he extracted the models himself.
One doesn't exclude the other. I speak from experience - I was extracting stuff (sprites) from a certain indie game for shit'n'giggles and quickly realized that I could use it for some fan art...but I knew how touchy the owners of the game were about their work so I reached out to them first, getting their blessing before any further efforts (as there's nothing worse than creator attacking you for being a dedicated fan).
