Looks like it, but I think it's just bugged. It still plays the tearing sound but no clothes loss.
I'm actually somewhat hyped for the Semi/muscle lady boss, even if by Eromancer standards she'll only be ready in 3-4 years.
That said, I'm sure she won't be ruined by having a terribly generic moveset with only a couple grapples/submission holds....r-r-right g-g-guys?

There is no cinematic mode, try again in 10 years or so

With this kind of games, the models are usually made in Blender from scratch to be later exported to a game engine like Unreal Engine or Unity.
