They used to have a website of images (not the imgur link on their Patreon, not sure what happened to their website) of a lot of what they are peace meal adding now. They've had the 3d models, I assume also rigged, for the fem cop and the male cop for years now. only in the last couple years since they contracted out a couple animators has anything been added to the game somewhat regularly. So I hope what is not happening, but probably is, is that they are sitting on a bunch of done assets that they are throwing at the animators every other month then paying them an extremely small fraction of the Patreon money for doing most of the visible work.
When they first added the chain splicer, they had that image website still up, and I double checked at the time because I thought I had seen the splicer model ages ago. Now their imgur just shows a fraction of what was publicly available. Probably because people would see the stuff they're only adding just now that has been ready for animation years prior.
TLDR: I think that only like two people are working on anything regularly and are probably not getting paid their fair share as a result. But that's just a theory... A PORN GAME THEORY... scam theory? THANKS FOR FAPPING!
