Unsatisfied customers you know. Some of these people actually did the good thing to give support, their hard earned money, to developers only to end up with a never ending development cycle that is seemingly prevented from reaching its end to maintain consistent income from supporters. This isn't the only developer that does this unfortunately and people are getting fed up with them.so much hatred for this developer dam
Not to mention this developer clearly puts the h-content on the lower end of the priority list.

I don't think deleting this thread will magically delete Eromancer's Patreon page.
I supported eromancer at 10$/month like 8 months before I realized most patreon porn games will probably never be finished. Some time after I stopped supporting he stopped development of matm. Now I check this thread and see that hes taken development time to censor his game according to patreon's rules instead of finding a new funding platform. The hate is pretty justified xDso much hatred for this developer dam

Meanwhile SIFU, being purely a single-player beat-em-up brawler game by design, incorporates taunts in its gameplay quite effectively.
They earned it, every ounce of it. Guy has yet to finish a single project and just cuts and runs from each and ever project. They're a terrible dev to boot with mediocre skills.so much hatred for this developer dam

ive only backed one game in my life which is bloodstaind other then that yeah i kinda dont want to back any more projects and slowly wait for them to get finished id like to support futur fragments how ever having it on my wish list and see the release date change 5 times now since i wishelist it is why i dont want to back it

yeah when i go on his twitter and see a pole of wich cherecter would you like to see next im just like ither put them in the game or contenu making the game so i get it
Anyone have an older build of the game where the animations were actually good and didnt suddenly transition? Almost no more content has been added since then anyways.

So what's the backlash on this game again? I heard the animations were friendlier than usual or something.

Summary for you:
1.) Back in winter, we had a "totally not-unexpected" censorship drama with Patreon. According to Eromancer, Patreon "just now" decided to look at the project making multiple Ks of $ and be pissy about it containing "non-consensual sex". Not like it never happened before with countless other patreon projects containing bestiality, rape, mind-control (including hypnosis and extensive usage of strong aphrodisiacs/drugs)...anyway, Eromancer decided to rework the existing animations...by remaking the grabbing sequence so it looks like Onyx is mentally retarded slut from the worst 80s porno...and he still can't finish doing it, so for half of the existing animations (that's not a lot

Eromancer wants to move to different platform for funding to avoid Patreon restrictions...so he made the alternative support page elsewhere, still keeping Patreon up, sucking up funds from two sources now(!) and still adhering to the Patreon rules he wanted to escape from.

We have a new animation this month (flying wasp at long last! years after this enemy was released!) and it's literally making a whore out of logic behind patreon censorship (bestiality and rape AND mind-altering poison). Stay tuned for more drama when they decide that insects are actually animals that are non-sentient in general.
