i'm no expert but i think there are duplicate frames. i did some testing in flowframes and the "de-duplication" option is finding lots of dupes, dropping them, and outputting much smoother motion.

This is all the animations from Puuguy since the OP was updated (plus a Halloween image he released). Apologies if some have been shared here already; just kinda wanted to have everything together. Note: I only have the 4K release for the first animation. The rest are 1080p. If/when I get the 4K versions for the others I can include them.
