yes, there is only one folder named "Contents" and that folder have two folders "Resources" and "MacOS" which have not anything but more folders and texts

It's working and thank you very much but I must say I'm a bit disappointed with the amount of sexual content. There is only 3 minor scenes(one tit, undress spying and piss in mouth).
Art style is not the strongest aspect it's obvious but the idea of the game has incredibly high potency. Keep up the good work.

I know that the sexual content is not so much, in the next update I will insert 3 new female characters and finally some sex scenes (blowjobs, fingering).
For now I had to prepare the setting and see if the idea would work.

I love the concept and all the ideas you have in mind, my only problem is that the graphic is a bit ugly (for my personal taste) but i guess you can just buy an artist in the future.

In your script, change "laces" to "straps".
Laces are usually strings.. straps are wide and what you strap someone down with.

Why hostility towards 3d? If I go to see various games, apart from Summersaga which is a champion, all the others have 3d graphics.
(Personally, I love 2d graphic, but it's only my taste)

I think the art was okay, not high quality like lot of games with professional artist to help but it was at least acceptable. The game idea was very interesting too although still too early to see how it would be, at least it was original for a porn game and I want to see how or where the story would lead to
Would be very great if in a couple updates later MC would take this looping as a way to have fun and be more bold with his action against the nurse and the patients in that hospital: Could go with both the role of be nice and romantic like flirting and having sex with them in 1 loop while with other loop he would be bad, like asking the nurse to go to toilet but instead of peeing he would rape her, going around the hospital to sabotage security camera and have fun with the patients,...those would be fun to add in

The reason you see more 3D in the top games is simply because it's easier and faster. Which means more 3D games are made so more of them end up popular. Also many 2D projects are DOA because they can't pump out content fast enough, so they are just empty sandboxes/rpgm maps that don't attract players. The few 2D games that manage to go over the humps usually end up with a faithful following.
