There isn't much in the way of new content for this release, so I'm gonna sit on it for a few days and clean up some MTL. Expect 0.08 probably over the weekend.

how do i get the nipple ring from the train boss? whenever i battle it she just runs away after 3 turns and i get popped at the trial over screen (im on 0.08)

To my knowledge you can't. They were teased in the dev post but are not implemented in 0.08.
Only changes in 0.08 were bug fixes, reduced civilian clothing durability, weakness bastes based on XP, and changing the encryption. Otherwise, all content is identical to 0.07.
For what you need previous version to translate? Current version on our forum is 0.07

Should be noted the two defeat scenes are not in the game, just JPG patron perks on Fantia/Ci-en. So 0.09 is just a single bug fix. No plans to update the translation to 0.09 (or 0.08, oops, blame the Steam sales).
Ya it was hard to understand. But I think he said (v0.08-v0.09) doesn't add content only bug fixes? so he waiting till there's a update of new content so he can translate again. Makes sense if you think about it! He has no new content to translate so no new translations yet!
