By the way, I was kind of wondering if anyone had tried this game and liked it that usually dislikes female protag games. I thought about trying it after a few versions, but haven't seen that many reviews of the game itself from that perspective.

Well, I went ahead and downloaded it since I liked the Rose Garden Trilogy. Since I play pretty much exclusively male protag games I don't have much experience with female protag games. Most of those tend to gravitate to corruption and whoring around of the female MC and this game doesn't seem to be going that route. Male protag games also sometimes have internal thoughts of some of the LIs as well, so this game doesn't seem too far off from that perspective, I guess. Seems to be worth checking out for the story, but may be hard to self-insert as the male character here.
Or it may be that I can tolerate the difference in perspective because there is such a drought of cuckquean games... who knows.

Ngl I liked everything (along with unique menu/saves screen) up until the end - I wish that bedroom encounter had option to opt out from and there was a path with focus on shipping the guy with a milkshake.

Yea I would have enjoyed it more if I got a choice to opt out of the Bee and Guy relationship.
Like just a simple choice like *I'm Not Into Men*/*I'm Not Into This Man* or *I'm Not Into Woman*/*I'm Not Into this Woman* instead of the basic forced route of *I'm Into Both of them*
But the story seems Intriguing enough i just wish there was more F/F since we seeing all those Woman.

All of Lockheart's games up to this point have been fairly kinetic with a few branches. No reason to think this will be any different. RIP those of us who want an all-girl path.

I will have to check if the choice checks. We put all selected choices in a set and check for example "Take the knife.", instead of having a separate variable for it. I'll probably have to a a small routine to remove font color tags from the choice in the function that checks that.
In "game/screens/PointsOverlay.rpy" you can also uncomment the line 40 to get a... well, what the name of the file says. Not sure if you want to add that to your mod or add another zip to your post with it as a separated option to have a points overlay.

Huge fan of Lockheart's other games, so when this new one popped up with a fMC, I was excited. Maybe a 2nd try at a Penny game? I'm all for fem protag, but only lesbians, no dicks allowed. Not a fan of the cuck POV either. But Lockheart's writing is always top-notch, so I figured, why not give it a try?
tbh, I'm still on the fence. I definitely don't hate it, but I'm not sure I like it either. The girls are gorgeous. Bee going after Sera (Milkshake! I almost died laughing at that!) was seriously hot. Bee sucking off Carter, though... a bit awkward to get through.

Response to Quean Bee has been generally positive. It isn't very popular just yet though. That means it's going to take a few updates to entice people to try it. This is fine, this is expected.
I do want to caution everyone preemptively that something strange is happening. Daz and Blender both are pushing anime style art all of a sudden. This may mean there's something going on in the background regarding laws surrounding art that looks too similar to real life. I don't know what this is going to mean for the future, if anything, but I want you guys to be aware that it's possible censorship may be about to get worse. I'll keep you updated.
I'm going to focus next year on Over the Moon until I get it complete. That does mean The Judas Ghost is going to get suspended for the time being. My plan is to come back to it once OtM is complete. That way I'll only have Quean Bee and The Judas Ghost in the works.

Always enjoyed the female characters in the Lockverse but I'm so-so with Bee. The way her personality seems to drastically change is rather jarring.
Im guessing it's because it is still early in the story and her character is still developing.
Enjoying it so far and I'm hoping the updates with be frequent

LH said in a post that he would be working more on Moon's story before putting out another episode of Bee. I agree with you that Bee's personality keeps changing quickly. I think it's because of her difficult life. She doesn't really have much of a self-image to work with, so she's floundering a bit looking for who she is.
