Just had to reread the majority of the whole "discussion". Orcs and Goblins for you - which don't exist in reality but in myths and fairytales (and some games and especialy porn, but I digres) - make more sense, than black people - who actualy exist and have had been in medieval Europe since centuries, especialy Greece, Italy and Andalusia - which is kind of a funny take to have while facing a game which considers itself fantasy.
Just to make it clear to you: Applying inner worldy logic to the world works. Take magic as one of the many examples. If magic is a resource people can have, let's call it mana, which deplets while forming spells with it and regenerates over time through some cosmic mumbo jumbo, that's the rules of that world. Same with peoples and cultures in said world.
Applying historically our world logic to the world doesn't work. Let's take magic as example again. There is none.
So from your point of view, if you consider being consistent valuable, you should be against everything that doesn't exist in factual history when consuming fantasy media or better: You just skip fantasy media because you seem confused by the very concept of it. You believing there haven't been black people in medieval Europe is btw. the most ironic part of this, DESPITE everything I said before.
