It seems to me like a lot of people are passing on this due to how the preview images look, and description - but after ACTUALLY playing through this - there is a real basis for a good game here!
Also, the animation in Virt-A-Mate is interesting - I think people are assuming this is some 3d-Sex-villa style thing but it's actually quite a considerable amount better! If the promised improvements on how this game looks currently are up to scratch this could be something awesome! The animation seems quite a lot more 'alive' than a lot of the current DAZ games this site has at the moment.
I think this could even stand (with some smart dev work and programming) to become, rather than a VN, a day/night cycle style sandbox, if done well (like House Chores or Milfy City, I think, but better).
How hard is creating the animations/content for this? Cos this guy has more mom content in a 0.1 than some other games have in YEARS worth of updates.

Yeah you see I'm still a noob with Renpy, it was hard enough learning what I did myself. Besides, I'm not a fan of sandbox games anymore. Maybe I'm getting too old, but I rather enjoy simple click and go storytelling with good ol' fashion sex animations to make me happy with my games nowadays.
Grinding like yanking a slot machine handle for the goods doesn't interest me any longer.
In fact the reason my game feels bare bones is because I cut the expected fat off of grinding and teasing till your reward was given. Besides my full attention was given to story and the animations, I kept it simple and invested my time wisely based on my interests.
Most devs on here no offense, grind my gears till that conditional argument is reached in that specific location and time of day to reach for the food pellet you so desired in the first place... Then you reach for that point and say "WHERE'S THE BEEF!?"
So many games follow this medium, many people here are condition to expect games on here to follow such methods.
I'm not, that way I can focus my attention wisely on adding more content instead of focusing on how to pad it with grinding...
I was actually recently working on making an interactive VR porn scene family for Virt-A-Mate on my other account Virt-A-MILF.
Those scenes I'm making are for VR and interactive storytelling. But since I went ahead and released this old game I made and some people like it so I might as well continue on this one instead for now.
Here's the thread post of that content I made if any of you are interested. It's free, but finding the assets might be troublesome and a burden to many of you.

Here's some sample images of the characters I've made there, you'll notice the quality is a little better with lighting and skin with eye reflection with the mom and son in that game or scenes if you want to call it.
The pearls are distorted since I had physics on, some clothes especially shoes can be iffy when imported into vam, you'll notice this sadly.
Hopefully 2.x can remedy this.
