I downloaded this game a day ago and now, after an entire day's worth of figuring things out, I'm having a good time with it. There are a few improvements I believe that will make this game more successful and more user-friendly.
1. CRAFTING - The first problem I had in the game was not knowing where to find the rope required to build the tent. A simple walk-through of your inventory screen would be greatly appreciated and should help new players better understand how and what to do, in order to advance into the game. I nearly deleted the game because I couldn't figure it out. Luckily, after 30 minutes of searching, I tinkered with some of the buttons on the inventory screen and I finally found the crafting selection. Tutorial perhaps? After all, tutorials are generally used to help the player get better accustomed to the GUIs so they don't get frustrated trying to find something they need; yes NEED, in order to progress into the game, or they remove the frustration altogether.
2. FISHING - It is difficult to understand because it does not tell you to press "F" key to begin fishing after equipping the rod, and I literally have to hold my mouse with one hand and finger the crap out of the left mouse button rapidly with my other hand in order to obtain a single fish, that is a bit much and stressful both mentally and physically, maybe using some sort of double-key-stroke would be better such as pressing "1" and "0" in rapid succession.
3. DIALOG - The story line is a bit.... odd, and difficult to follow. The dialog is probably the number one reason for this. English is my primary language, not sure if I could even change the language setting, but the grammar and wording in this game's dialog is just terrible. I suggest finding someone that can write up the dialog for the characters. Someone that understands how to create a distinguishable difference between character personalities, understands proper English grammar, and can form a better connection between the character and the players that will be wanted and, in some cases, needed by the player so they can better understand the quest or have a more intimate connection with the character they are engaging with.
4. DUNGEONS - The dungeons are really difficult to figure out. The fact that there are walls you can walk through without any previous hints or information regarding the difficulties you will face inside the dungeon by the H-Goddess!(She should know SOMETHING) I imagine most people would spend hours in a dungeon before they figure it out, starve to death a couple times and toss their computer against the wall, or maybe just give up, delete the game, and give a bad rating. Hints can be crucial to the satisfaction of the player of your game. A frustrated player will never leave a thumbs up.
In short, if you fix the dialog, create a quick tutorial for new players, redesign the inventory GUI, and toss a few hints in the player's direction, this game could be one of my new favorites.(I'm certain I am not the only one having these same thoughts) The graphics are not bad, the animations are decent(apart from the crazy physics on the breasts), and the design is mostly good. I would rate this game at 3.8/5 stars, all considered. Good work so far and I hope to see this game improve in the next release!
