I can't find that one either on the new save. My previous save got all 5 but I can't remember the last one but I hope it wasn't in the D1.
When you load a game, a yamakaze event appears in the lower left-hand yellow font, but nothing happens when you talk to it. I need red mushrooms.

You need to wait until D2 is done, seems like the quest system is broken in this build. House quests are starting before the house is even built.
I finished Dungeon 2 and I need a red mushroom to explore with my mom. I have to open a Yamakaze event to get a red mushroom, and if I reboot the game after save, the yellow text shows the yamakaze event notification in the bottom left, but it's not a quest.

I already had Direct-X End-User installed, and my drivers are up to date and still I get the same problem. Dunno how to fix it :/

Hate to be the one to say it, but it's probably W10.
Try running in different compatibility modes and see if that works.
I will say again, the sex scene freeze ups' culprit is going to be direct-x, that's a note from the dev.

Try saving, and reloading the game. This seemed to fix it for other users, I don't thing the goggles have ever changed location. They just fail to appear.
can't even find the rest of my family, built the bitch a tent and now can't find anything to do no map for this game or anything and i just die when i go near the waterfall lmao some help for locations of all the girls would be nice

Honestly, 2 out 3 can be found just by doing a lap along the island's edge. That is literally how I did it the first time when I knew nothing about the game. Admittedly the third one would probably never be found accidentally by wandering around, and some people can't seem to find her even when told exactly where she is.
I don't feel like the game NEEDS a map, but then internally mapping a game's layout is a pointless skill I have that I realize not everyone does. While the island seems intimidating at first, a little exploration reveals how small and interconnected it actually is; there are shortcuts and alt routes everywhere.
