That's because it's not included. People are talking about using the crack from the older version which you can't find here anymore.

Just download ver1.02 crack version and move the .exe files into it and it will work.

As far as I know, cracks to this kind of games simply modify some "jumps" or jump conditions in the assembly code of the exe. That means it simply will skip over asking for a crack. Unfortunately some antiviruses see those jumps as malicious (especially if they're not conditioned jumps).

TLDR this is safe, cracks give false positives 99% of the time

That's what the changelog claims, yes. And one should certainly hope so given the file size seems to have nearly doubled!
