I think even when you reconcile with Allison, it won't end with monogamous marriage path again. The end of their marriage and the time of the separation between them ,and also now how the MC behave in game proved MC is not a monogamous relationship material. It will likely lead to a mono-poly relationship/open relationship for them.(mono for Alison, poly for MC)
Alison's needs toward MC are more than she think. I think when they face together to overcome a hard time/challenge, a lot of seemly impossible outcomes might be present to change both of their mindset towards to relationship.

I agree, I think the scenario fits more, where she offers the MC a BJ and bites off his dick and brings him some really spicy spaghetti meatballs to the hospital in a skimpy nurse outfit!

Allie won't do anything poly since future tags indicate nothing related to swinging, NTS, or harem. The dick biting/spaghetti meatball scenario (wtf did I just write?!?) sounds more like a V path than Allie.

Thats just your opinion, which is wrong. Allie is average looking in this AVN, too thin with no front or back, no dude has tried to pursue her after split from jake says it all. She got lucky with scoring Jake, he cheated on her for a reason

Well i'm not even taking looks into account in my list just how much I like the characters. Otherwise Jas would be #1 for me haha even tho I do think Allie is almost as hot for me Jas still wins for looks.

I would agree, except a doctor, who in this case is professionally dependent on her only patient, getting romantically involved with that patient's father, while depending on that father for money? Yeah, she can lose her license. That's just as bad as MC and Jammin (even has the same-ish age difference in reverse). Kalani seems lovely, though. Tiana has less of an ethics thing.

Yeah isn't her hospital in the experimental phase and that's why their insurance won't pay for it? Having your only patient being the daughter of her bf would diminish any validity of her new treatments.
