Not gonna lie, anyone that wants to do our boy Cooper dirty like that gotta be some type of idiot irl as well. Any game where you can be evil or a scumbag needs to convince me and immerse me first in order to make sense or at least in some way make it justifiable to do something "bad". Cooper doesn't give you a single good reason for it and mc doesn't come out like that kind of degen to do something like that.

It goes even further and would entirely eradicate Camille's (cool) character ... to cheat on cooper with mc after the whole mc/allison fiasco lol

Even full asshole he doesn't strike me as someone to intentionally hurt his friends' relationship especially when one of them is going out of his way to help him save his daughter's life.

The most I can see him doing is jokingly flirting with her that possibly goes awkward/makes things uncomfortable if his asshole score is high or being laughed off as a joke by everyone if he's improving as a person.
Since MC introduced them, there could be a flashback where the MC hooked up with Camille before introducing her to Coop :)

Personally I think a wild drinking party with MC and Alli and Coop and Camille where drinking games end in debauchery would be cool.
Don't you have school exams to be studying for?

There's also this amazing thing called an edit buttom too btw. Saves spamming the thread :WeSmart:

This is the thing people seem to not get. This isn't RL, it's a game, and the entire point of games is to play how you like, within the limitations of game design.

I have no real interest in her myself, but if I were interested in playing the sort of person that would go after her, I should be free to do so.

If "playing that sort of person" would be a thing, I'm sure dev would make a proper context and design characters in a way to support that. The point is, the game is not that and neither MC, Cooper or Camille give you a reason to be such a jackass.

Second, "it's just a game bro" is such a silly argument that I often see not just here, but everywhere. If it's just a game or pixels and nothing matters and doesn't need to make sense, then what's the point of story? Of characters? Of consistency and lore? Why are people complaining "these pixels are not talking the way I want and story isn't interesting" when they rate games? As I said, game needs to be properly written and give you a good reason for every option available to you. Even when you play an evil character, they have their backstory, their mindset, philosophy, reasons to act the way they do. They might still be wrong and evil, but they act accordingly to factors I just listed. So that way, you are given the context, something to work with, so you can roleplay that evil character. Now here in this case, people asking for MC to do that to Cooper and Camille are players IRL projecting themselves and their desires to do something only a complete jackass would want to do. You are not playing a MC that has that wish, you are literally the one that has that wish.

Also, I didn't specifically say it's you who want this - I haven't quoted anyone or tagged anyone after all, but considering how defensive you got and replied to multiple people about it... Well, whatever the case, I don't buy your argument.

Also, this type of game says it all: Visual Novel. Even with or without sandbox, puzzles, minigames, whatever, they are at their core NOVELS, written by someone other than you. You live in the world as the MC, but must follow the story and its' development. This isn't GTA, Skyrim, etc, where there's an open world and you can completely ignore the main plot. You are not the MC, you are just living in his head.

So when Allison is a sugar mommy that is already set and no one can change that, right?

There are only so many branching paths that a writer can write. Fuckers here complain endlessly about long dev times, or devs milking, yet they all want their kinks and sidegirls and maingirls to feature their craziest fantasies in-game. It's obvious reading these forums, and the internet in general, that the world is going to shit.

That is a very long yes, but I appreciate it!

The word of God has already been put forward :ROFLMAO: But let me just put it like this:

Let's say I went to Wendy's and order Crab Cakes with Fries. Of course, they would tell me they can't give me that: they don't serve that at Wendy's. I get indigent because this is a restaurant, restaurants I've been to serve crab cakes and I really like to have it when I go to restaurants. They look at me funny because, again, this is a Wendy's. Another customer comes up and points out to me this is a Wendy's and I'm holding up the line. I get upset because this is a restaurant, I am a customer and they're not serving me properly.

Yeah, it's a game. We know it's a game. Repeating 'it's just a game' doesn't change the fact you're trying to order crab cakes at Wendy's. If that's what you want, go to a spot that serves it. This isn't it. And frankly, at a certain point, if you continue attempting to order crab cakes the Wendy's customers have a right to mock you.
