The PDF walkthrough claims that it's possible to get this scene with Jasmine, even if you choose to take Veronica to the party. But so far, I haven't been able to get it. So, either I'm doing something wrong, or the PDF walkthrough is wrong.

But whatever labes make you sleep better.

I was bored and had fun doing it, it doesn’t go much deeper, i even put everything in spoilers to not offend any fragile snowflakes, why so butthurt?

if you don't have money the game won't let you proceed. Remember that the money is necessary for the treatment of the protagonist's daughter. You can cheat and add money or win the races, whichever is easier for you.

Probably cheat and add money. I did win the race with the Chevy Camaro-like opponent, but some of my older files don't work, so I can't rollback to an earlier save if necessary.

Well use this mod, it's simple to install and manage.

I had no problems with the money, but the game shouldn't let you get into a position where it's impossible for you to proceed due to lack of funds and it just soft locks you. Come up with a way using writing to get around that scenario, or don't let the player get into that scenario to begin with.

That was a bug and it’s fixed on the newest version. Though it’s required to replay Episode 3.

How do you not have money in the first place? It's super easy to win the races and bets.
