Meh ... none are super decliningNope, That is inertial increase. Look for Total Births per Woman by county. That is the only number that matters. It has to be above 2.1 child per woman to ensure that population is stable or increasing. It means a man and a woman on average have 2 children. South Korea has 0.68 now. India has about 2. The only part of the world that is significantly higher is Sub-Saharan Africa and some odd small countries like Afhanistan.
And the population rates in Sub-Saharan Africa are also on the decline BTW. They are still well above 2.1 but still declining in the long term.
