Partly yes his DLCs very much did break Rule 7 and he did ask people to not link it on F95 several times cause he knew he would get banned for it.
So he never shared it personally.
He had Rule 7 content present in the game before but promptly removed those characters and altered his main characters and got the game back on F95 after he was banned the first time.
Later on he would share the removed characters as an extra patch with the rule that it would not be shared on F95 and same with the first DLC he dropped which should have never been shared on F95 but people still did.
He just went on to claim it was rogue mods on F95 adding the files to the game and then sharing it to make him look bad.
As much as he claims to not like F95 it is quite funny how desperate he is to keep his games on here cause he knows they would have zero reach otherwise.

Ok i wouldn't know about that game, i think it's 3-4 years or so since i last played it, not really good or interesting story imo. Thought, i wonder it got banned now, that game had very young looking LI's from the start.Most of the complaints of Alorth is through his other game that just got banned on F95 some hour ago.
He would actively use the same tactics this game and SirD has been known for using.
He has been caught lying more times than not in the thread of his other game.

In the post just above yours I explained it a bit more in-depth but short version is he got banned for Rule 7 once before -> Removed all the Rule 7 characters and changed his main characters to look older -> Got unbanned -> Slowly reintroduced the Rule 7 character as DLC/Patches -> Banned again.

Hm, i thought content through a patch is ok, wasn't there other games which did it so...don't remember the games but i think the dev was neko-hime

I think the patches are gray-zone?
People would openly link the entire pack of the old Rule 7 characters and I think he was warned about that.
I think what got him banned are the DLCs themselves since they get leaked and shared as the entire content itself and not as a patch that would activate said content instead.
I think I saw people sharing the links and openly talking about it in the thread which I believe Alorth had asked not to happen
If update won't be realised before 2025, you can officially say there isn't a single fuck SirD gives about this project.
I could have told you that after chapter 4 and 5 took 14 and 15 months, respectively.

I thought they were done earlier this month, and were sending the game over to the testers. Now according to those posts, they're still working on the game? Have they expanded what Ch. 7 is going to be? Or, is this just the typical excuses of buying time and milking? Because if they're done, they should just release it, and not release it in a month from now on Jan, 25th. If they're still working on the game, how are they going to guarantee a deliver of Jan, 25th? Lol, anyone else fucking lost on this?

It stops being confusing when you realize the progress updates are half-truths or outright lies a lot of the time. If the game were ready to be released, they likely would have released it by now. As for guaranteeing a delivery date on the 25th? We'll see.

From the posts Alorth made in radiant's discord it doesn't seem to me that alorth is a coworker but more like someone SirD pays to do the art and animations. Kind of like Perveteer pays alorth to do the animations for his game. So that is probably why alorth doesn't really pressure SirD that much, at the end of the day this is 100% SirD's game and SirD just commissions the art and animations from Alorth.
