Remember, SirD-ickhead only put out this chapter because Alorth to threatened to walk, and he's never even completed his first (and only other game). This is not a guy who enjoys working. This is not a guy who has difficulty taking money for doing nothing. This is not even a guy who cares if his project will ever be completed.

Oh, that's really interesting, I didn't know that. Where did you hear that? Usually in an artist/writer combo it's the artist that's the flake, but from everything I've heard Alorth is pretty dependable.

He's not. People just pick sides. I forgot to bookmark that update about them not being able to contact an artist under him from North Korea. That was a blast of an update.

But i think that was just one of the reasons the update was late, as ever. I think that was also the update when final fantasy came out and SirD sunk hundrets of hours into it and was very active discussing it, while ignoring his subs and nearly no update for an year...
For the 0.7 there really wasn't any excuse for a long time, until SirD just said he want to rework some scenes, which took another 4-5 months.
Imo, neither of them is really dependable, just SirD is worse.

Up until about a year and a half ago I would have argued in favor of Alorth but he has since been dropping the ball quite a bit.
That post however is kind of insane...don't want to attack the man's credibility but...yeah...

I would say they both equally bad in credibility, on the quality of their job there's a big diference, sirD is a mediocre writer at best but Alorth is a competent artist doing good looking renders/characters, I mean maybe the merit for the good renders goes to the north Korean dude
but the point still stands.
