this is a game that could use as full on remake with a bigger team hopefully in the future because the concepts the dev has is really hot but i feel like with this and soragante it kind of fell short of being a complete masterpiece bcause of a few lacking parts like underusing the side female characters playing a bit too hard into the whole mecha action aspect,maybe use some voice files as well.

It's unofficial because it's a compressed version and he's not affiliated with Gaptax, it's the same game with no changes (presumably) other than image compression.
TLDR smaller filesize, not my cup of tea when storage is so cheap.

never heard of that how does it work? Also isn't there a patch file which just turns it on and i don't have to write the files myself? also does that mtool have a godmode?

Just search for it. Its and .exe that you install then pull on the game.exe to install it on you will then have a extension in the game folder that stays start with mtool. use that to start the game then you will depending on what rpgm version you use it with have a overlay where you have EVERYTHING you can cheat money xp instant win instant lose god mode no collision EVERYTHING you can also cheat items and trigger game events also you can translate foreign langauge games with it if you support the creator. Basically it is the god tool every RPGM player should own cause it makes the experience x10000000000000000 better. I Beleive if every RPVGM player would have Mtool immediatly RPGM wouldnt be a hated engine but the most favorite for H games
MTool is good not only for cheats, but for the presence of an auto-translator there.
