This isn't my thing at all, but I couldn't help being curious so I had to look at the screenshots.
Gotta admit, it feels weird seeing 2D animated characters in 3D with realistic lighting. This seems like one of those ideal circumstances to go with cel-shading over a more traditional soft lighting model.

I think people who do these games don't care about visual fidelity. It does feel like there was just sfm models animated and tossed into a screne for animation viewer stuff. These kind of games probably would look better with some sort of celshade option or shader but it's just normal 3d lighting with no kind of style options.
Also, if you pick a mare for the male parts it will just give them a dick, not technically futa, basically acts like they are males instead.
most of the stallions are actually using mare bits, which is kinda confusing XD
Yes, pick the blue/pink options. Uncheck "Equestria only" to have a human available. Green or natural fleshtone, your choice.
They disappear if you pick them during specific poses but it is pretty jarring. I think it might just be the way they structured it. If I had to guess, there is a base set of properities that get modified into characters to save time on loading( and sanity for the dev)
