They are delaying the last game in series on purpose. They are delaying it until they are satisfied with the sales of previous episodes.
I bought myself some episodes I liked. But I didnt buy those that I considered boring (or really old). Many players probably thought the same and that's why some episodes are not selling well.
If you want MangaGamer to release it, then just buy something.
