I think the game is fantastic and I can´t praise the Developer enough.
I don´t mind the grandma scene and find it kinda hot that she just goes with the MC´s psychopathic actions.
What I would like to see would be...
Roaming the city to find and rape girls/kidnap/necro at Day or Night.
A bigger focus on the city like nightclubs, Schools, hospitals, stores, train, bus, forest, church etc..
Continue building a slave dungeon and maybe whore them out.
Get offers from pervs on the darkweb to kidnap girls.
Reunite the daughter from earlier in the game with her mother

I feel like the MC being constantly on the prowl would get too generic: find a girl, rape a girl (or w/e). I don't feel like that's really where the game should head, especially given the constant warnings about the MC needing to avoid trouble (Raptus Mode usually getting a game over, for example). MC hunting for problems seems like it goes against this basic theme: be depraved, but do so safely.I think the game is fantastic and I can´t praise the Developer enough.

Dude was in the nightclub with his Girl who nearly beat up a girl to death.
He raped and killed(optional) a girl by night in the streets.
He punched his Landlady in front of a store.
He broke in to a girls house at day time and raped her.
I think all of that can be done but you can do it without being too obvious.
But in the end of the Day it matters what fits the story and only the Dev knows it.

Yes, all of these things happened. And while I enjoyed the scenes and the MC didn't get caught, I think some of those were stupid mistakes he should have avoided. The nightclub fight and punching his mom were the worst ones. Both of those could easily have gotten him manhandled / shanked at a minimum. The biggest reason he gets away with all of this is the local police suck. Still, nothing is to keep citizens from becoming vigilantes and hunting him down. And just b/c he's gotten away with it before doesn't mean he won't eventually get caught. He needs to be smarter about things.
The girl on the bench with her phone was safer for him b/c she was by herself and nobody was around. If no one sees, no one can stop him. And he'll (probably) never see that girl again, so he won't face consequences for it. The break-in to the home of Maya (Ms. Stones' coworker) was another really risky thing, because she could have had a boyfriend (like Mary, the Grandma's neighbor) or brother and it would've been another game over.
IJS two things. One, some activities are far riskier than others and should be avoided (in terms of what the MC realistically should do to mitigate getting caught or paying for his actions). Two, some of the things you suggested seem mundane and obvious (prowling the streets to grab some random girl) and so make the VN less interesting to me. There is depraved shit in this game, and so far I think I've pretty much enjoyed all of it. However, I'm far more invested in the characters and overall plot and don't want what I consider meh "events" to slow things down or clog up what otherwise is an interesting story.

So having finished the game, I just wanted to say (probably like others). Its a really dark game, but I enjoyed it. I at first left Necro on thinking I could just say no if theres something I dont like, but then right away you're told you killed two girls. Which for me is no no no, you dont just kill what you conquer. Fuck that shit. Dont know what I was thinking leaving it turned on. But turning it off, was one less crime for he MC. Beating girls up, not really my thing as it had a few events this way, chokings fine as long as you dont kill them I guess. I've seen that been done before in sex scenes. But yeah, being able to leave those scenes early is a plus for me. 1 or 2 hits at most and then be done with it.
As for my favorite part of the game. Especially in corruption games it works best, I really love it when the MC has a loyal accomplice who is female. Why female ? Cause the amount of throwing girls under the bus for our MC she can do is much less suspicious. She could get into places like the MC cant exactly, like a female bathroom and it wouldn't be that suspicious at all. A prime example of what I mean, is Mr stones playing Carola. Acting like they were both girls who were forced to do things they didnt want. Sympathizing as both girls, Carala didnt even suspect anything. She was swept away to her new home with no resistance. She played her female charms against another female knowing their weakness. To think that Ms Stones awakened her inner demons just being the MCs therapist all those years. Thats hot. And I also find her the hottest character of the lot in terms of design. So works out fine. Its even more funny that Ms stones could even legibly write research papers on the minds of the girls being held captive for proper research as a legit therapist. It has logic, thats just so good.
Even tho the story is quite dark, then have been few times when it gets quite sad. Such as I suspect that Caraolas child is actually MCs daughter from the rape. It looks like she still loves her alot and sacrificed alot to raise her as a single mother. So its kinda painful a little to see they just left her alone. I wished they taken her with them too, while her lady parts are not ready, she can still be taught how to use her mouth in the meanwhile.
What im looking forward to most is how he can fuck over his wife with his lawyer (what the hell is with those clauses, shooting yourself in the foot!). It looks like hes at a disadvange atm, but hopeful the lawyer girl is excellent in her job ^_~ Also think its pretty awesome shes specialized in prosecuting guys for girls, but now compelled to defend the MC in his case. My mouth waters a bit at the thought of what she be like when shes corrupted by the MC. The strings she could pull in his legal matters ^_~
So overall, dark, but very much enjoyable. On a fantasy level of course.

Just my opinion, so feel free to tell me I'm wrong...
It's a strange game. The story starts off really well, but gets pretty unbelievable pretty quickly. As of now, most of the people in the MC's life knows what he is and what he's doing, and they're happy to play along. Makes very little sense. Gotta really suspend disbelief on this one, especially with the sister and grandma -- the kidnapped mom in the basement responds pretty ridiculously as well. This really isn't all that different from most VNs, but this one being very dark seems to really screw with the story for me more than something with mind control or magic or whatever. There's really zero fear of acting on his impulses as long as it's not Raptus.
