I'm also not a fan of name saving.
There are some arguments about this issue in these threads:

I conclude a modder can't handle it, only the avn dev.
In other words, something that only RedStarStudios can do.
There are some avns with the option to disable or enable the save naming, but they are rare... But it should be mandatory.

Having a small sandbox/freeroam section isn't unheard of in games. However if it's going full sandbox/freeroam after 5 years of development, then that's a bold move.

I really like this game but if it turns into a sandbox/freeroam I'm out. I have no idea why people think sandbox/freeroam is a good idea it's such a waste of time and kills the flow of the game.

The update that adds sandbox in this game is the update that I abandon the game and never look back. If your game survived just fine on this website all these years without having garbage mechanics, then you have zero reason to add them after 5-6 years just so you can justify releasing a pitiful amount of renders yet keep the "update" 1 hour long with back and forths between places and finding characters and other shit.

raptus is a priety sick game.
but it's a amazing escape from reality.
just do what you want, and don't give a damm.
in real life, i could never do this crap.
and that's the beauty of games, they are not real, so you can let go off all morals, and just enjoy a difrend life, than you would ever deside for yourself.

i like this game.
dark, discusting, freaky. but i still love to let out the darkness of humanity, without having to worry about the conciqenses.

The sandbox thing may work out if it allows for modding atleast for adding characters.

I always wanted a free roam snuff centred game since Yandere Sim, Im always surprised there is nothing like that besides modded Skyrim.

Sandbox is usually bullshit. But here it works somehow, only if is possible come back to last decision menu. Both scenes with Susan and Kittie are great, but its sad you can choose only one... and there is end after that.
