Unless they changed something, the game just skips any dragon on dude scenes and your dialog with characters is simple story related. Always had that off the last demo I played through and it was quite seamless.

I think disabling the gay stuff just turn's a wolfman's sprite black (there's probably an erect cock below it) and disables gay sex scenes (if there are any).
If you're sure you're straight it's fine to disable it.
