This Katharen really got me interested because she's the only person who seems to care about women in the entire kingdom (the people in this kingdom are all pretty fucked up in the head), so I really hope she doesn't get reduced to just the wolf route (and the fact that she's pretty and I want sex scenes has nothing to do with my opinion).

I don't think this is the most accurate summary.
She made a deal with Zizeryx by sacrificing a bunch of Sun cultists she gathered. As far as I understand, that was a price for audience. Next, came the price for the real deal - you. Which was... Also you! Her bodyguard, whom she sacrificed to be remade into a dragon, some vestiges of whom still linger. How exactly Inferno remade you, IIRC, isn't explicitly stated, but remaking people is their specialty.
Then, she literally laid you as an egg. That's what royal family does - the dragons are essentially part of their own bloodline, they are just magically spared from the bad effects of inbreeding.
And her end of the bargain? As far as I understand - you. You are the both ends of the bargain. You merely being in the world and her being on the throne more or less fulfill Inferno's design.
I may've missed a bit or two, but I think the general gist is this.

Well, give 'em a try. I will warn you though - they are very freaky. Slaanesh level freaky, in fact. Those map conquest descriptions do hit like logs from Final Destination.
Even without interacting with the infernals, we have one or two dreams suggesting that, IIRC.

Yes, she does if broken. I recommend you try it - the interactions with her as a consort are some of the most hilarious things in this game. Steam achievement for getting them all is called: "Pet cactus" and is very aptly named.
They only way I managed to accomplish this is with the help of Darjah. Also, before that you do need to save her from centaurs and pass two peaceful checks during your battle with her.
so i was wondering. whats the cheapest way to keep the wolfs happy when they are in your lair. (spire for me) they dont seem to care about money or naho what would be the best option to give them ?
