How exactly are people taking it to extremes? She went from normal, to changed eyes and ears, to a whole ass SCP entry. If you don't mind it that's fine. Maybe saying extreme was the wrong choice, but i meant the reaction itself, not the transformation, its an extreme transformation yes, but some folks where acting like its some big "and that´s all she wrote, nothing from here" after getting only one scene with her.

We don't know if its permanent, if its not, what caused it outside of the birth of a naga, as pointed we are probably going to get some type of explanation in a future update. So far the calamity has not brought much in terms of destruction of even truly negative consequences, there seems to be no weird monsters rampaging around, the sky is dark and people are changing in weird ways, but little else for now.

I can't really see that happening. Since Darja is Malagar's niece, he has a vested interest in enabling her to become queen. He wouldn't want to create more competition for her by making that possible for another girl.

I actually like this approach. Any game development is creative process. In my humble opinion, creative process should take precedence over whishes of players. In sensible margins, of course. But we, as players, IMO, have an obligation to let much of devs' frivolities slide so that their creative process will flow uninterrupted. In most likelyhood, it will result in a better game.

I madly respect Ravager devs for having balls to "fulfil" our wishes in the most asinine way possible. That's some gigachad energy right there. They go: "Oh, so you want this? Well, we don't! Have The Deer instead!". Best part? It doesn't make Ravager a worse game, far from it.

These devs are simply the best.

In my opinion, all devs should tell their fans to buzz off (and I'm not joking). Suggestions and ideas are fine but as you said, a creative process always overshadows an elective one. The authors are trying to make something they're passionate about (hopefully).

to get the newest version to work, there's yet another new way, check the OP, or follow THIS LINK for a solution provided by George311 .. i can confirm it works, went through having to download the whole game yet again just to check. simply look through your Ravager folder for any .bat files and the appID text file, should be harmless to remove, if there is any.
i recommend not copying this version over any older ones, to prevent crashes due to old remains.

i would say this fix will work only for now, as it seems very clear to me that someone who is responsible for the whole Steam check is following this thread. the next version will possibly scan for .cmd files, too. when that happens, i'm certain there are other ways to go around Steam, which they will respond to with even more checks, which will find their workaround as well.
that spiral is as old as software copyright protection.

So I need some advice... After escaping the castle, you set out to find a lair.. Its it a bad idea to claim one too early ? like in the first 4 days ? or should I be waiting and exploring, and take it when the count down starts getting near ?

first interact with all the girls at least once, when there is 1 day left you choose, a good tip is to capture all the girls and then in a single day visit to make all possible interactions that same day and whenever possible asking the Petruk does some of the things for you (like building an alter, offering, etc.) another tip: in act 3 hiring the mercenaries gives you more days to do what is necessary
