Now maybe it's because I played an older version for it or something. But 3, 4, and 8 are things I never saw. Hell I ain't even know those two could interact. And I have her as a knight. Maybe I fall into that Heloise bit you mentioned at the end .

But using this as a moment to gush about Maelys! Man her route really hit me point blank in mah feels. Especially if you decide to give into her request and have sex with her. Showing her a sweet draconic good time that's not rape. Just to have the last of her moon juju burn out because of it. Returning back to the cell to see the light gone and her unresponsive.... bruh

And then there's Killtoy option, Restored through Malice, Restored through Infernals - I may even skipped something, there is so much content with Maelys. Banger of a character, but getting her in any way except unhappy prisoner is quite more cryptic.

It's not that complicated. To progress her hopeful path you need either happy darja or heloise to proc a threesome, then she'll proposition you. Turn her down and you're good to go.

Edit: Also, those interested in the Issa consort route might want to wait the event of Issa with Valzira before making him a consort as it will not trigger after.

Man, this game is really frustrating to play. I keep getting killed by maelys and i have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and the fact that my only options are to get by using trial and error or look thru a 200+ page document made me not want to play anymore

There is no 200 pages documents. Manual is a few dozen pages with very transparent navigation.

Also, holy mackerel - how did you fail against Maelys? Game gives you 3 checks: either have more than one horde (not just kobolds - wolfs and/or mercs), kobolds with 2 or higher morale or just have met Maelys in the forest in Act II. Even meeting one requirement makes it impossible to lose, and those checks are something that you most likely will acquire through chance alone on normal playthrough.

I am not trying to gaslight you. I am just puzzled a bit.

I’m guessing, either you didn’t meet her in the forest or didn’t spare her after stopping the centaur. That alone will have grant you to reach the next step.
That or either have the Kobolds with 2 or more morale or have the Wolves and/or Mercenaries horde.

Unren For All not working? If you run it, you can enable the rollback. You just have to delete UFA from the folder after you're done using it.
