Aside from the forbidden fruit factor it's probably the risk factor, like exhibitionism or creampies with no condom or birth control other than the timing method. Fucking normal people or even step/foster relatives (normal people that just happen to live with you) is hot. Or turn her into succubus that gets more and more obssessed with the main mc to the point she acts like a totaly insane stalker that keeps molesting mc and pampering him more and more so in the end mc has to try to escape from her, maybe the mom and some other characters like aunt or sister could free use the male mc and treat him like a pet.
