You are probably playing on Windows 10. After the anniversary update just about ever jap porn game lags like shit. You need to replace your d3d9 file with an older version to fix it.

b. Click Taskbar tab.

c. Click on customize button for Notification Area.

d. Click on Turn System icons on or off.

e. Select On from the drop down menu, for input indicator.

f. Click on Ok, again click on Ok

Anyone who is reading the topic that still can't get it to work. Once you add the file you must run the EXE as admin.


If the file safe as you need it for everyone of there games.
