Try using Universal Ren'Py Mod (URM) and searching for the MC name variable.

you can start a new save and when asked for a name, use "episode2part2" to go directly into the update, with harem route enabled.

Right click on the attachment / save as, then I believe you have to just save it inside game subfolder.
