On saturday in the evening or at midnight go to the club. When dancing you can be approached by a trans woman. Having sex with her gives a 20% chance to get the Gay Perk. I'd recommend saving on the dance floor and savescumming until you get the scene, then savescumming again until the scene unlocks the Gay Perk.
Open up the console for your browser
Type in the following
SugarCube.State.active.variables.household[1].perks
It will give you the list of perks that they have.
Replace the 1 with 0, 1, 2, or 3 to change the character.
You can just add more here by adding an equal sign and just writing in new ones.
SugarCube.State.active.variables.household[1].perks = ['Nudist', 'Family Lover', 'Perverted', 'Gay', 'Nymphomaniac', 'Coomer']
The game has a check if a character has too many perks
Edit the html and fine line 3011 where it says

if there is enough lust it works. you can gain lust as masturbating as that chara or simply use sth like sugarcube.
so if you want to give the sister natasha family lover just play as her & try to enter the room of isaak the brother (isaak needs min. 50 lust from my gathering).
now the best pro tip for any kind of perk aquiring: if didn´t get it use rewind (side menu under bounty status if you used the cheat code in the hell cave)
so use it every time you enter brothers room as sister rewind if you get a normal view. when you get it to proc you get a 10% chance for family loving topic & 20% to gain family lover (i will include pic to illustrate it better). with rewind it shouldn´t take to long to get it.

F5 works better than save-scumming.
Doesn't reload the game just refreshes the current "scene" and rerolls whatever perk/interaction is chance based.
Going into your parent's room and sniffing the panties gives you the pervert perk, which lets you watch streamers on your computer to learn how to fuck others. You can also find a game at the game store; when you play it on your computer you have a chance to learn more sex interactions as well.

Sounds like a bug if you're just getting a blank screen. I was playing on the downloaded version, so I can only speak to that.
So a character can't have more than 5 perks? And if not, why not give it an option to remove at least?
When playing as the daughter, help customers until you get an event with the nun to unlock the church. Send a character to church on Sunday to remove 1~2 perks at random.

he cant remove it because then you'll realize theres less than 10 minutes of real content that the chances pad out to several hours

you have to get the gay perk for either or both of the guys to see male on male ........play as Natasha and download gay porn a few times on Isask's computer

go to the church on sunday with the character you want and you can remove perks to try and add news ones later (Save before going its random on what it removes and you may not like the outcome )
Having any male-identifying character have sex with the mom also has a 20% chance to give the gay perk. When having gay or trans sex, your dad will even comment about how bad she is at sex. I just found this funny.
