You're welcome. I played through the game and I found some more errors and mistakes, so I'll probably do a second run in the future, but right now I don't have the time.
There is one thing though that can be corrected. In event "Class5a" I tried to have Kyara's portrait change with the least amount of code possible:

What with her having the same (stage) name as a famous porn star, using that porn star's image, and having some really nasty shit in her story... it feels kinda weird to read about how terrible she is lol.

On replaying this I decided to delay corrupting tessa a bit, but now the prompt to get bonnie to show me her lab is missing. If this is the same as the issues everyone else is having with tessa sorry for the rehash.
I had a similar issue; I could only visit the lab to get told to get the key, then get told to get the chem, then I could use the chem once, after that despite never doing anything with Bonnie she was never in the lab after. However I decided to do the exorcism bits simultaneously (as well as seducing the mom), not sure if that blocks it off, but I kinda wanted all the sisters...

If by "replay" you mean closed your browser, re-opened it and tried to load a game, you can' yet, to my knowledge. I believe the dev is working on allowing us to import/export saves, but it hasn't been implemented yet. You might be able to replay/load if you play in regular-browser-mode (i.e. not incognito), but I can't confirm that.

I think in Incognito Mode you shouldn't be able to save the game at all but this probably depends on which browser you use.
In regular mode the savegames will stay as long as you don't delete your cookies. When you delete your cookies the local storage will also be cleared and the savegames are gone.
It has a great story that I'm eager to see continued, but unfortunately a rather low replayability I've found (next to something like The Company)... it's more an interactive story unless you purposefully mess it up, or you want to do something you failed first time.
New update here, just some minor changes. I am uploading a complete file for 0.4.1 that does not require the other media folders to work, that way you must only download one media file.
