At some point you get ask to help someone and get prompt with +kindness +neutral +evil depending on the option you take. Is that an important mechanic in the game? Does it has an impact on any way? I cant find info on it

A single token scene of any fetish is a bad idea.
People who like the fetish are not going to play your game for 1 single token scene. And in fact would be insulted and possibly angered at wasting their time with what is often viewed as deceptive tags.
People who hate the fetish will avoid your game because of it.
Avoid token scenes. A fetish should either not be included at all, or have many scenes.

И если его включить создается отдельный файл, вот только не могли бы вы подсказать как именно пользоваться переводчиком, т.к. там только 3 строки и все...
Если быть точнее я хотел спросить, есть ли способ с помощью этой программы переводить текст в самой игре без его извлечения?

And if you enable it, a separate file is created, but could you tell me how to use the translator, because there are only 3 lines and that's it...
To be more precise, I wanted to ask if there is a way to use this program to translate text in the game itself without extracting it.

Totally agree. Amount of games (not this one, thankfully) tagged with "femdom" and people complaining about feet in the comments that have a single avoidable foot worship scene on this site is completely unhealthy. Either all the way or no way!
