Also checked some of the games from the dev that was posted on the forums, and almost all of it got low ratings??

For those with infinite load issues ...

Copy the Fonts folder (within www) of a working RPGM game and paste it into the www folder of this game ... intergrate/overwrite when prompted ...
Best results, when game.exe was provided by KADOKAWA like in this game ...
I used Paize Knightess as source ... works like charm ...

Is this Endgame pregnancy or pop out babies like a Pez dispenser?

Pregnancy is not ending only ... and not mechanic either ...

When Rebecca is fertilized, she feels something is off ... if you agree, you are ported to some kind of preggo-sex-brothel ... if you want to leave, talk to the midwife and give birth ...
Or ...
You pretend, nothing happened and skip the brothel-/preggo-scenes ...

Not sure, if you have to talk to the preggo-sex-lover to unlock the brothel ...

people on here are spoiled by the number of "free" games they get. DLsite has a rating score of 4.33/5. But if you look at English reviews, they give much lower score though still a passing score.

Also, sorry for spam, but i just started to play it and got a screen freeze in Abnor Mountain xD You can clearly hear the game and the sounds running in the background but the screen is like stuck. What the hell did they do?

Don't worry, seems the author of that WIP translation posted here and is still working on it seeing how bad the official one was.
