Monogamy/Harem Route (Default): Val is only allowed to be sexually involved with the MC.
Open-Harem Route: Val is allowed to also have sex with Rena, Annestria, and optionally a couple side heroines.
Sharing Route: No restrictions. You can choose for her to have fun with anyone you want.

As for the MC, you're free to decide your own rules. You can keep Valerie to yourself while still banging as many girls as you want.

There are a few BDSM scenes in the game already, but it's not developed enough yet to earn the tag. If you're playing exclusively for BDSM I'd recommend checking back in a few updates when there's more content for it.

oh I have already downloaded the game and so far it has been interesting even without that much bdsm . I usually search for games with the bdsm and fem tag feature and I would have missed this hadn't I searched for fem protag, fov and lesbian today . Anyway can't wait for the future updates .

The Lucius scene will have optional threesome content, which can be either MFF or MMF depending on the MC's gender. But the option for this scene won't come up if you chose to only share Val with women.

That's the intended dialogue for all playthroughs, since the MC is joking about it, but I can add a few different lines in v0.11b for players who objected to being treated like a pet earlier on.

Training toggle doesn't work. It seems to default either to on, or whatever you started the game with. I turn it off, and it turns back on by itself.

The very first training scene is a tutorial and thus doesn't have skip functionality, but it should work as intended from the second session onwards. I took a look at the code and tried replicating this bug to no avail, so perhaps it's being caused by third-party mods or old save data.

Sure. If you're on the sharing route, that type of (optional) content will become available at some point.
