Well I really liked this harem story, and the fact that any sharing is totally decided by the player (I'm not a fan of it, but I noticed there is no content bleed...so its nicely hidden with the writing). But it would also be great if some of the main girls when alone with MC (or leaving the scene, or when Val comes home from work), they would give MC a kiss to show their affection for him. It would give off more of a romantic relationship feeling to the story, considering they are already having sex with the him.

Also at the starting of the story when MC decided to soul bond with the succubus, it would have been cute if she got excited and kissed MC on the cheek after it was completed (he sort of saved her life choosing to bond). And then MC would touch his cheek and drift off for a bit, this would show how cute she can be to him. And it could be the starting point to their romance...as they go forward to further build their feelings for each other.

I also liked the scene in the tavern, when MC went to pick up Val and they decide to have sex on the table. It was a well done scene, and didn't feel transactional like I find with Val in front of the bed with the list of intimacy choices. It's nice to see more of those random sex scene with his girls, but also seeing them kiss him to show their affection towards MC. Especially when they greet him when they meet, as a kiss says they are with him...and appreciate and desire him (gives off the harem feeling).

The personality types are still very much a work-in-progress. It will be expanded over time, including v0.14. The MC also receives a ton of character development over the next two updates, which means they'll become much more confident and assertive.

Yo dev, just had a random thought , is there any plans for body modifications like piercings, tattoos, bigger boobs and bust for Valerie or the other companions if we go down their corruption path ? Or maybe even body modifications for the Mc if they lean into the corruption path ?

There will be optional physical changes if you follow the corruption route. I'm not totally decided on the specifics yet, but more succubus traits for Valerie (e.g. a tail, 'womb' tattoo) will definitely be part of it.

Oh defo. I just thought physical changes happening to valerie, the companions and mc as they become more 'corrupted' is a great way to distinguish them from non corrupted paths but too much variations will eat away valuable dev time. Also can't wait for ve 0.14 (since it will have bdsm )

ionDivvy will the mc have options to be a sub in v0.13 ?? So far all the training scenes are with Val being blindfolded or tied and we have one sub dialogue choice for mc in the tavern .

Second preview of v0.14


v0.14 is now over halfway complete, with a release planned for January. There's a small chance it could be ready before the end of this year, but I'll keep everyone up-to-date in the next dev update.



This will be a significant update for the story. There's a lot of character development and heavy themes to explore, so I've been putting extra time into the script and dialogue to make sure it really lands for players.



In particular, the flashback section aims to portray the protagonist as a morally complex individual. There's a number of situations here where there isn't really a 'right' or 'wrong', and I want to leave it up to the player to decide how they feel about these topics.

I've also taken a few days to expand on the fantasy lore and worldbuilding. For example, elven culture, geography, and in-game history that stretches across ~800 years. This won't appear much in the game just yet, but it lays the foundation for Act 4 onwards, where the game's setting (Uldreza) will be developed a lot further.

For players who enjoy these details, I'll be adding optional books and notes in the future that can be read through the in-game glossary. I'd also like to add scenes (possibly to the map system) with side characters and townspeople discussing these topics.

Third preview of v0.14


Happy New Year! I was hoping to post this devlog last week, but the holidays made the timing more difficult than expected. Thanks to everyone for your patience.

v0.14 is still planned for release by the end of this month. There will be one more dev update posted later this month as the release approaches.



Since most of the development in December was spent finishing up the flashback, there isn't too much that can be revealed right now without spoiling the events. Throughout the rest of January, I'll be finishing the post-flashback scenes and new training positions, along with various improvements.



A number of plot details - such as the MC's connection to Death - are partially revealed in this update. Most players will be able to piece some of the details together, but it will also be fully explained in future story arcs. And, while the story has mostly been focused on the MC as Valerie's partner, this update will give them a clear goal of their own.



Depending on time available, I'd like to also add a couple of short map events. One involving two of the heroines (for harem-focused players), and one for the sharing route. This way, there's some more fun content for players to enjoy this update, as well as build-up for future map events.

I'll have more to share in the next dev update as it won't be so spoiler-heavy. Thank you for reading, and see you again later this month!

Well, I think Valerie is the main girl (in addition to the MC you have the good taste to play the female protagonist ). She is the reason why you are in this world, and our souls are magically bonded.
But I agree the other girls aren't just side girls, and they are part of the gang.
And I agree with you about taking a more active part in the storyline. That being said, Rena already had some major parts, all by herself.
