assuming that Hiereia is a title in one of the sects that Sharon being 70ish years old as a vampire, then that would tell her a lot. Calisto also might mean something. OR it may mean nothing. If Calisto is a member of the Iconnu equivalent and is now wanting to play the game again, since she has a pawn on the board, that title and her name might mean nothing.
Then again, we as players have a lot more knowledge than Sharon or the Archon or any of the others do, and it could be that Hiereia is a Sabbat like title. Her link to a temple is interesting after all. (Calisto)
Still, it will be good to just see how the next few updates roll out. That will definitely make for some interesting speculation as I am already buzzing over things.

Nobody reads this novel for sex and those that do don't keep reading. For all our (not really) jokes bout banging everything that moves, the approach to sex in this novel is great. Well about your first remark, remember the most curious quote in game. The one by that pretty dream girl some of us think may well be Lilith, she said I am your real Mommy. (Actually she said C was not MC's real Mommy implying she herself was and her name in files
(Well I think some of us might not want to be MC to be some invincible chosen, but someone like Lilith might well be able to influence someone like Calisto and have her turn MC while she thought it was a whim. For source material, though VTM seems a big influence, is it really a coincidence there are some Greek mythology mentions now? There may well be somewhat of a blending of old mythology and VTM going on, like I said before I do not think the name Calisto was chosen for no reason and her legend is an interesting one, including the ending of that story or for game purposes just before the ending.

What this means in the short term we will no doubt find out in the next couple of updates, which I predict have a good mix of intrigue and violence.
For one thing, I am expecting that we will find that Ms. Olivia was fed upon by Astrid and now possibly enthralled by her. Using the trust that the MC has for her, I am betting Astrid has something nasty up her sleeve.
The Investiture of Sharon is going to be a big deal. That will likely bring all kinds of players into the open to be introduced into the story. While they may not care for Sharon at all, missing an event hosted by the princeps would be very poor form for most elders. I expect we might well see Hiereia Calisto of her reps there. Very intense possibilities there.
We also have Merrick still lost, but I'm betting he is either with the second baddie in the woods or in fact found the former Nos stronghold.
I think that Astrid will try to use Gregor and Olivia somehow, and that Carmen becomes a thrall of the MC. Also the possibility of using the MC's estranged mom and or Laurie's family will be possible.
What about the aborted boon for hottie Kassandra??? It didn't happen as agreed. What are those consequences?! It still worries me that Kassandra knows or at least knows of Sharon, and Sharon apparently doesn't know her.
One minor edit needs to occur back in chapter one, as Sharon was active during the day when the MC finally woke up. That can be fixed a number of ways, but should be addressed for us to be consistent with Sharon's sleep habits.
Finally I expect that while all the movers and shakers of the vampire community are gathered for Sharon's formal acceptance as Archon, we might get some additional tide bits about the MC visions and lineage.

Well though the investiture of Sharon will be a big deal, it seems Calisto is way beyond even the princeps level and same will go likely for others similar to her, though yes I suspect we will see some new stronger players emerge or already introduced ones become more prominent due to the contact with the princeps and the notice that will bring to Sharon. Remember she is already quite notorious and noticed in certain circles for reasons that are not fully clear to us yet, well she may now be noticed by a group that had not really paid attention to her yet, by being at the princeps court and made an Archon. If that will be a good thing only the writer knows.
Astrid, yeah will be interesting to see if her story arch will go beyond that of Archon Marcius and she is a more major player or that her and Sharon's story will conclude somewhere before the bigger players will enter the stage as open antagonists and who those will be and if C will rank among them or she will be somewhat of an ally.

Princeps is a tool of some hidden elder- Calisto anyone?? (OR she is the leader of the opposition in the city as the Sabbat like)
Vision girl is pulling a lot of strings, and may be Calisto's Mommy Vamp or Granny Vamp. She is definitely interested in Nos Frank and Whatever MC is: Dan or whatever you name him.
Marcius I predict is going to suffer a major setback, possibly even final death, and Lord Carius or Astrid step forward to try to fill that role, only to have the Princeps step in and possibly make Sharon the Archon....See *** below.
Other douche bag Archon that banished Sharon from south city, will come into play.
Andrew's Daughter did not get killed. She got embraced and is going to be coming for Sharon for thralling her dad maybe?
Markus will be the first one to guess who the MC is tied to, and will either run and hide, or make super nice with MC and Sharon.
Those who dislike Sharon for whatever her past transgression was, will be scrambling when they find out who her Sheriff/Scourge is (MC for now).
Sharon is going to have an identity crisis, because she will be eclipsed by the MC, who will stay loyal to her despite the reasonable protocol of extinguishing her.
We do not know if Diablerie carries the same blood hunt sentence that it does in the source material, but am betting it comes into play here fairly shortly.
Fabian is going to school Sharon that he is far more than she could ever have anticipated or feared, and he will call on the MC to be a good cousin and help him out.
MC will have Laurie, Carmine, and Mirin as his sworn thrall protectors. He will also, for those who want sex, bury his vampire junk into those 3, but be much more intimate in the vampire way with Sharon.
***It would be fabulous if Marcius challenges Sharon to a throw down, and she chooses the MC as her champion, and that he snacks down Marcius for the entire court to see. Yes that is just wishful thinking. Probably much more productive would be Sharon steps up and makes Marcius present his throat to her, and she snacks him down to increase her standing and power level so she can boot Astrid out of the way to be the Archon of her suburb and Marcius's domain.
The devil in the woods.... Staked Merrick out for the sunrise? Ate him? Missed him and now MC will end up facing him with claws and celerity...MC's claws definitely are doing aggravated damage- perhaps the wolf vamps claws do not do that, but do only lethal damage.......... that would be fantastic and the only combo that will touch a werewolf if that is what he is....The whole description of it as much bigger, whirlwind, stronger, faster than the feral Nos, makes me think werewolf very strongly. And depending on the tribe of werewolves, they are not fond of people either, and especially some hate vampires. Some are more live and let live types though. However if we go with my analysis that Sharon is a reasonably powerful ancilla Ventrue, then the werewolf is one of the very few things that could maul her that quickly and she still survives because of Ventrue fortitude.
Every dog gets his day if he lives long enough... Andrew gets to kill the southern Archon.... but something tragic may happen as well, such as daughter is now a vampire and gets taken down in the mess, or maybe she embraces her own father. Giovanni were never shy about embracing family after all.....
I get the feeling that would fill an entire episode's worth of writing right there......

The most contentious one on my list is a lot of people's favorite which is Being a DIK. I have various issues with that one, but the renders are quality. If I had to pick just the top 5 or top 10, and play none of the rest, I could live with that order. Really was amazed at how Rebirth makes you think, very hard.

It is nice to read your post and usually I would be a little more active - blame CD Projekt Red for it.
Yet your post often are on the longer side and thus I need some time to read them. Nothing bad per se, only I'm lazy and after 3 sentences; where was I?
It seems a bit of an inconsistency, at least at first glance, that Malia/Kassandra tells the MC early on in the story that she knows Sharon and to tell Sharon that "Kassandra said hi", only for Sharon upon now seeing Malia/Kassandra to tell the MC that she has "no idea" who the woman is. The MC's own surprise also seems inconsistent with his prior knowledge, and appears to imply that he didn't already know that Malia/Kassandra is a vampire. I'm struggling to come up with an alternate explanation for "She must be.... They're fucking everywhere."
I suppose its possible that Kassandra has drastically changed her appearance since the last time Sharon saw her, but that still wouldn't explain the MC's surprised commentary.

Two variantes:
- Sharon truely doesn't know Malia/Kassandra. So either Malia has made a joke and she also doesn't (really) know Sharon or she knows Sharon, perhaps from Sharons hunting habits.
- Sharon knows Malia and it fits in here usual "I explain later" behaviour. Although I losing my patience this quirk of her. Sometimes I doubt that if we (Sharon and MC) defuse a nuclear bomb and Sharon knows how, the MC ask her how to do, she would answer with "Not now, I will explain later.".
