Cant really call them LIs when there's barely any romance story around them involving MC.. 99% of Sharon's scenes with MC are just main story stuff, there's barely any scenes with Laurie or Astrid and so far 90% of Carmen's scenes with MC is him being a dick towards her.. But clearly you played it further than I have seeing that you said MC does have sex with her. there's another girl, a pharmacist or something, don't know much about her cause thats where I'm currently at.

Love Interest is not the same as sex partner, particularly in the take on the vampire condition that the developers are using. If you are familiar with Vampire the Masquerade, then you can get some insight. It is not a direct port over in terms of lore though.

Sex wise, the vampires of Rebirth have to meet the *for the males anyway* condition of full up on blood. Next the actual desire has to be there. Intimacy through sharing blood is more intense. I get it that you are looking for lewd scenes, but that is simply not what this story is about. There are plenty of Asian vampire and succubus type "games" out there that will fill that need.

Rebirth is more of a vampire story with the spice of the love interests and your grab for power. It is definitely not kinetic as the story results are very different based on selections you make even back in Chapter One.

The definite love interests are-
Calisto- confirmed
Sharon- confirmed
Laurie- confirmed
Ivy- confirmed
The fifth and final one is hard to be 100% sure on, unless you actually know whatever you think you might know, and the best bet is Carmen.

Mirri is not, Astrid is not- both confirmed.
Sigh and Sad- Zephir is not........ though I have asked repeatedly. Often... and made no secret of it.
Our Goddess Inanna may be a Love Interest IF Carmen is not, and that is really the thing of it. We have met all the love interests that will be in this story. Whether there are more who show in future works by the guys, who knows. -Confirmed.

So for this story, you have to make choices that affect your relationships with the girls, your powers, and possibly some other "things" to be revealed soonish.

The developers have worked out a pretty complicated mythology for all of this, and are doing a fine job of keeping the group here and other fans guessing.

Can't have it both ways. Either these various stunningly attractive women are available for sexual (and hopefully emotional) interaction or they are not. If they are not then they are not love interests, because they are not available to be loved. Pretty damn black and white.

I've said this before. If you don't want to have the sexual aspects in this VN because you want a sexless vampire story then stop dangling the women, who you will not let us be with, before us. End all the flirting and nudity. Quit yanking our "chain". In what 2 and a half years, 2 and a half seasons, there have been fewer than 5 possibly 4 sexual encounters for the MC? Lose the tags your game hasn't delivered on and go forward.

The writing isn't bad, actually, while I find the pace slow, the writing is pretty solid. The technical aspects are top notch. Just quit advertising what is becoming ever more clear you have no intention of actually delivering.

This is exactly what I've been thinking, it's a great game no doubt.. I won't take anything away from it just because there's no lewd stuff or romance but don't tease something that isn't there.. I don't see how others are calling some of these women "love interests" when for the past 3 episodes sleeping naked next to Sharon was literally all we got as far as progress goes ....MC spends little time getting to know the girls on a closer level, it's usually just a few second scene then we jump back into the main story again.. Once again Im really into the story but a break from the main story is needed in between which is where you insert the romance paths but clearly that's not the case. I don't know maybe I'm playing a different game than everyone else but I just don't see what others are talking about.

Keep in mind MC wanted to use her as a doll before he even knew she was a hunter so really she's justified. And yes it's good we're not forced to be nice to her but it sucks that we forced to be a dick towards her... Plus it's personal for her so it would've been nice to have an option to either be rude or be nice but unfortunately the game don't give a fuck about our preferences

Your first opportunity is how you decide to treat her when you decide to feed from her the first time.
You have one other chance to redeem rude behavior with her later.
Either one will result in being "nice" and having the option for sex with her in the bathroom, and a clearly growing emotional bond.

I was simply pointing out something that the developers have said is a strong influence in the story, and it helps in the context of how they are presenting certain aspects of vampire society within their game. The rest of their ideology is firmly their own creation. As for the teasing/dangling/denial/ whatever terms you wish to use; I could very well restate again my own statements but it is clear we do not see things in the same light. I respect your opinion, but I do not agree. I respect you, and your right to your opinion, but do not agree. I will leave it there, because I do not think either of us will be changing our own opinions on this.

That is why this thread is pretty darn special. We don't flame here. I really, really, love that about our community, and I know it is definitely not the norm on F95 threads when there are widely divergent opinions!

I don't know man I really feel like I've been playing a different game than everyone else.. I actually went back to episode one and started playing with a WT mod.. But I've ran into another problem, please feel free to help if you can.. So I'm at this point in the screenshot and it says I should throw Andrew but when I do throw him Andrew just lays my MC out.. My prowess is up to 16 and it says in the pdf WT this is a random event, if you fail to throw Andrew on his ass just reload the game and try again and you'll succeed.. Like what the dick even? I did that like at least 10 times nothing changed, bro still layed me out.. What's the point of these random events even?

When you went for your second training did you go to Eloise first or Merrick. I would pick Eloise on the second training also gives a bit more prowess

I didn't even have an option it just automatically went to Merrick first and Eloise second.. Like I said my prowess is on 16,as high as it can be up until that scene.

I honestly think that people are in denial. The character constellation is obviously a harem with the MC as the dom and there's slave play and light BDSM. People are into that, but it's subtle enough, so that they don't quite know, where this arousal is coming from.
This is a porn game through and through and the themes are obvious. It just doesn't offer any payoff, but, if you think about it, edging is a fetish aswell.

The ever repeating midi music and the ms paint style title screen and dialogue box have a 90s charm to it, but maybe you're into that.

I'm quite harsh here, even though I don't really hate the game, but I believe that there might only be a few updates left, before I have to ask myself what this game actually has to offer. I'm getting suspicious that we're too inclined to give this game a break, because we're starved for good vampire content.
On a technical level The Bite: Revenant blows Rebirth out of the water and it's just three updates in. Especially if they manage to properly implement all the RPG elements that are already in the game graphically. So now we have a direct comparison and if The Bite keeps on delivering, I'll have to ask myself why I'm playing Rebirth, a porn game without explicit content, if I could just read any other VTM fanfic.

From what I know, we will have at least 5 episodes. As we are near the end of episode 3 it means 2 will follow. If for you over 20 updates are only a few, then it has only a few episodes left.

Regardless of the moot discussion of the tags, as the tag are defined according to the definition and not according to our own beliefs, the game have 3 sex scene in total. If this are to few, then this game isn't the typ of game for you.

Also for The Bite: Revenan it goes a different way, have a lot of potential, but can fail to deliver as a lot of other games have done after their initial good premise. Additional the whole I'm the vampire overgood premise, at least this is what I think it is, can be rather uninteresting, if the MC is an overpower badass right from the beginning.

If you bother to read my several comments here I've freely admitted that I like the game quite a lot. If they ended the nudity and flirting for the rest of the game I'd continue to play it with a great deal of enjoyment. I just want the writers to drop the fiction that this is some highbrow storyline unrelated to some expectation of sexual activity, while they continue to dangle hot women before us. Either deliver on the tease or stop teasing.

As to three sex scenes in 2 and a half seasons meeting the tag. Of course quantity matters. You have to have enough that it's material to the plot and story, otherwise it may as well not be present. By your criteria they could have opened with a fap scene and never had any sexual content for the remainder of the five years of planned production and fulfilled the tag. No reasonable person would accept that as meeting the expectation set by the tag.
