As the three path should be splitter equally, your words not my, why do we have the 0.000033% difference here?
Also in math for the case you need to write 1/3 as a number with a decimal point and no on can be bothered to write an infinite number of the number 3, you would use the overline over the number 3, but it seems that this bbcode doesn't work here.

So i referenced i was representing 1/3 in decimal form which should have been accepted by you but you are an unreasonable person. If i type 33.3 repeater + 33.3333333 repeater + 33.33 repeater these are all the same value and they add up to 100. Now i told you in my post i was representing 1/3 as a decimal because it makes for ease of illustration as most people are more comfortable with decimals than fractions. So it doesn't matter if I added more 3s to the right of the decimal point when i told you i was representing 1/3 in decimal form and the site doesn't allow the normal mathematical symbols here. Monthly releases mean crap all if one month you get all content for path A, the second month you get all content for path B and I am told there are three paths in Rebirth so if the third month is all for path C. You are not getting content every month you are getting content once every 3 months per path. And again people are spending an incredible amount of time fanboying for this game, acting like me saying equal content for all paths in the game each release means everyone gets some content every release is equivalent of shitting in your bed.

I merely point out distribution that gives content to every path every update means no one ever gets zero content for the path they are playing. I think the main mistake made by F95 and its staff is that they think - given the topics on this forum - those using it are adults and thus able to inform themselves what it is all about before clicking on random links on the net. Or, if they did, take responsibility.

That assumption obviously is wrong. Instead they should also give us other related PSAs. "After using kettle, water is hot". "Point sharp end of knife away from your eyes". That kind of stuff.

Aaah, the good old "I don't have time". Yet you have time to write your pointless opinion, read pointless replies, and give pointless reactions. You would have had time to play the update. Maybe you would have ended a day later. But the fact is: you do have time. You just think you are too important to do something for yourself.

Since we're talking about "real life": not everything will be handed to you on a platter, not everybody cares about your personal "lack of time" enough to put in work to make it easeier for you, nobody owes you this stuff.

That's not the responsibility of the mods. Nor is it the responsibility of anyone else.
From my time going through several games in the Zone over the years, there has never been even one occasion where there was a "warning, don't waste your time if you're on X path/Y character route" sign in a OP for Any game, despite there being several games who rotate between multi-path/choices/character out there.

If for some reason a "warning" was posted on OP for this update, well........ it might as well be the first ever time for it to happen in the history of the Zone.

Also, dev has made a dev post back in early May that each path will be split over the course of 2 months.
So he made it clear in advance of his intent of the split.

Dev split it over the 2 months because having both paths in one update was not feasible (too much work).
Only way he could have done it was literally cutting each path by half and releasing both at same time, but if they did that the devs would have gotten much more complaints from people saying "the update is too short!" (which I've seen in far too many threads of games where this is a regular occurrence).

Besides, only ones who are upset about this and are coming to bitch and whine about it are those who aren't following the thread (and hence didn't read the early May dev post), and downloaded it without knowing the path split.
That's neither the fault nor responsibility of the dev, mods, or anyone else.
It's solely due to the player himself for not checking the thread before-hand (and no, I don't buy the whole "Oh I'm too busy to go through the thread" excuse. If a person has time to play the game, then he has the time to do a thread search which lasts less than a minute for most).

Those who knew about the path split already pretty much expected there to be nothing (or almost nothing content) for June if their playthrough was Sharon saving Laurie, and are fine/indifferent about this whole split approach that the dev took.

1- I do not remember any kind of notification screen or anything in up3 stating this, if it did I obviously forgot about it in the last month..

2- I don't immediately download anything once its updated, nor do I check the thread immediately so how exactly am I supposed to know that? Again I have a life outside of waiting for updates to pirated porn games so unlike some I do not live in these threads......

3- Actually some do, which is why other threads have such warnings ect posted to them in the OP, simply wished they had done the same here is all I was saying.

4- I did go back several pages to see if anyone else was having issues of it ending where up3 left off before finally seeing someone mention this was the update for the alternate path. But in all fairness this like many other threads can gain 50+ pages in a couple hours so locating anything specific to an issue is next to impossible.


Will say I do just LOVE how a simple statement expressing something so simple as wishing something was posted to the OP as a warning has garnered such enthusiastic vehemence, it is quite entertaining to be honest.

And as far as my opinion about the split update pissing people off, this has proven true in multiple threads before and as other said it probably would have been better to just extend the release date a month and release both paths at once that way both sides would be happy and we would still be exactly where we are in the story currently.
