This was pretty interesting. Considering Laurie's comments (especially the color and sound stuff) it would be hilarious if she somehow became Malkavian-like lol. I also wonder if her biting MC during her transformation somehow affected her?

Other than that, nice to know that we got some backup at least. Would be hilarious to see the "Scientific Scald"'s reaction when he faces that well and creature lol. He will try desperately to find any excuse to not believe his eyes XD.

Hi everyone, "long time no see" & "if you see you still don't see for a long time". Everyone seems to be complaining about new H - scene(game only has few & far between.) now, without congratulating our MC who's miraculously overcome his " Erectile Dysfunction" suddenly, moreover most if not all sex scenes are rather color blinded or too dark to see since the very beginning of VN ep 1.
Only sex scenes somewhat visible were;

• Police girl "Miri : late night omelet".
• Hunter girl "Carmen : Monster in the loo".

"Callisto" bathroom scene was half dream, half red and half baked (vamp mommy gets MC hard without blood).
From here onward story lost all it's consistency Callisto turn out to be a mutant vamp who transforms into a decayed corpse during sleep, why? BCUZ..
"Elder tentacles" vs Nos battle was so lame, MC doesn't even get a scratch, I prefer the feral NOS fight scene better. The only relatable friend with a frisky jolly attitude & some character development "Laurie" either becomes a weak ass vamp wimp/ or dead.
"Sharon" (heavy sleeper) one of the oldest character suddenly offers sex and MC could get it up without needing to drown himself in blood (contradicting the entire established lore). Redhead cave girl becomes a thrall (unnecessary), Carmen is attacked by Olivia, Nos goblin spy pervs on darkness etc etc. Long story short VN never had great renders or animations or H - scene. Only because the plot was derived from a good source "Story" was expected to be good.. But it's not & never will be.
Dividing each episode into a separate file - instead of reducing file size is a horrible idea (whoever came up with it), and only still images (repeatedly used) without animation, without gallery, without replay and without audio track.. should not be made into this large of a file size, no matter how many bootlicking trolls readily support such evil development practices.

Sharon is young, not a fighter and compared to most others we meet weak, add to that a placed figurehead/meatshield. Vamps respect strenght above all else, not titels, so an elder like Carius may be polite to a degree, but they don't respect a weakling and she would be the dead one if she tries to attack them...
Or like Calisto put it:
''I aknowlege you as archon of this place. The authority is yours. So far as you can enforce it.''

She was portrayed as a capable schemer, well connected, friends with the Nos and had an in with Markus despite the fact that she was a young outsider that didn't suck up to her archon Marcius.
Sharon lost her personality somewhere along the way and I think this is one of the pitfalls of this being a porn game (with minimal porn content). Sharon is a love interest. Nothing more, nothing less. She could have her own convictions and impact on the story, but only if the player chooses her. The problem is that players don't choose a LI like they'd choose between the politics of the Anarchs and the Camarilla. What it comes down to is, if she is hot or not and thus her role is set in stone.

And it wasn't always like this. Sharon didn't need physical strength to confidently navigate the vampire world in the beginning of the game. She was portrayed as a capable schemer, well connected, friends with the Nos and had an in with Markus despite the fact that she was a young outsider that didn't suck up to her archon Marcius.

Her contacts and relations may have been enough to ward off Marcius, but he is just a small fry in the end.
She wasn't in a ruling position back then and in the end she needs either personal power or followers with enough power to enforce her rule, she has neither and powerful vamps don't usually follow a weak leader.
Her relationship with the Nos was good, a useful give and take, but they don't take any orders from her and with Marcus gone even that's over.
MC's powers and development, her run in with Calisto and the disastrous attack on the sleeping elder...most of what she believed to know about the vamp world was shatterd, and let's be honest, her contacts are just not really useful in the league she plays now.

I don't think she really lost her personality, she's just completely out of her league, be it power, knowlege or contacts. As a mentor her role with the MC is over, i don't really see how she could make a real impact plot wise at this stage.
But that we can't choose LI's or how we want to play our MC is a problem imo.

I feel like paper work bitch Sharon acts very differently than the Sharon that confronted Marcius to take the fall for the MC before going back to scheming. She always was one of the physically weaker vamps, but that never held her back before. So what if she lost her contacts. It's not like she originally started out with them, so why not make new ones like she did before?
In terms of her lack of knowledge, it's a little unfair to put that all on Sharon. Not even the Skalds could help her out with that and they're supposedly the people you'd go to for this. And isn't it funny how Sharon still made it out of the cave, while the much more powerful Markus is gone now?
Especially when it comes to planning and scheming it makes no sense how Sharon let's herself get sidelined by the MC, when she has proven herself to be good at that before. Meanwhile the MC has only proven himself to be bland and dumb, so players have an easier time inserting themselves into the story. Not sure how his claws are supposed to help him out with that.

It's like the MC is reaching super saiyan and even further beyond without training in the hyperbolic time chamber once. It's boring how vampires don't have to work for their powers and it would be even more boring to not disrupt this status quo like a good underdog story would do it.
It's interesting that Calisto is portrayed as lazy and desinterested, because there are things outside of her vamp powers that she would need to practice to get good at. If we think this further then Sharon has already a leg up on her, because Sharon is skilled enough to survive as a weaker vampire. Calisto never had the need to gain any sort of skill and she already made several mistakes like leaving the MC for dead and underestimating the cave elder.

Don't think she was out of pool for it. She's an older and thus powerful vampire
and a master manipulator with good enoug connections to allow her to lead
her rather careless and hedonisitic life style. So once she meets someone
very powerfull like the main protagonist could turn out to be, she will try
to manipulate them to do their biding. And I think that if that does not work
she rather joins that powerfull being's court to bask in their power and gloy.
Easier to endulge in hedonistic pleasure if you are safe and protected.

Maybe even does her careless and hedonistic side would trump her schemeing side?

Regarding the Sharon debate...I feel like it was hinted earlier that she
would end up out of her depths sooner or later with how overly contend
with her new title she was portrayed.

Also in previous updates someone was talking to the main protagonist
about how or when he would overthrow Sharon.

I could imagine Sharon being a regent for the MC's court down the line.

Or everyone will die and the MC leaves for the unknown.

That was one of the biggest brainfarts the developers of VtM and WoD (this game is clearly based on that) made! I played the TT RPG back in the day and while I liked it, even in the 90s I was, let us say consternated, how they interpreted several myths. It is quite telling that they do not have "Clans/Families" based on vampires like the Blutsauger (is a common term for Vampire, but is also the name of specific vampire variants), Nachtöter, Penanggalan, Yuki-Onna or Baital, because these would blow their Hollywood Vamp soiree to bits, both backstory and powerswise. But that would lead to far.

That they did "come up" with this sex hassle is, pardon me, idiotic, the sexual connotations of the various Vampire myths go partly as far back as the Babylonian times! Sex, dark romance and stuff is one of the 4 core tennets of the Vampire myths worldwide. The next knee-shot they made was the Sun damage thing, which is very rare among the various myths! And most of those suseptible to sunlight are more demonic than vampiric. While most "true" Vampire variants have less power or are tired under direct sunlight, they are not damaged by it. As said, most of this sunlight stuff was added for the early movies, due to limits in the SFX department. Those vampires damaged by sunlight in legends predating movies had very specific reasons why that is so and it is very rare among the myths.

But these things aside, I like this game. A nice Vampire tale with some sex in it, quite wellmade. what is not to like? Btw. I hope we learn the real backstory of Sharon and Andrew before the game ends.

Neither of these saves is from update 6, which starts immediately after the Sharon sex scene.

1-3 = This save is from update 4, when choosing to visit Fabian/Calisto. astfed = True (gave Astrid to Calisto).
2-2 = This save is from update 5, when visiting the Princeps. astfed = False (Astrid still in basement cage).

Each works as expected in update 6. MC talks about agents in 1-3, and Goldilocks in 2-2.
