there is a 3rd ouka game aswell called SEIKIMATSU GAKUEN DENSETSU OUKA 2 ~ZETTAI SEIGI NO WANA!. but no idea if it has a translation already, at least didnt find one

I´ve only played Kamikaze komitee from your list so but if I got it right you want a rpgm game which has female in a sort of "super hero" position getting corrupted? Or is it more the violent h scenes aspect that you´re looking for?

Civilian Justice League -Out of these three maybe the closest to what you might want.
Civilian Justice League 2
You might like these, but they are kind of milder than Kamikaze komitee. It really depends on what you liked about those games.

Both corruption and violent h scenes and those 3 games all look nice. Sucks that these kind of games tend to go a little to much into the shota and loli direction.
