Late to the party, but really loved the concept as a corruption fan.
But story wise especially in part 2 and corruption wise it's not so good.
I mean powerful sorcerer like Celestia, Elena were too easily corrupted. I thought the Truth mirror and some ancient relic will be used to corrupt them. Only Euphemia corruption was different, she gets to choose it in both routes but it still felt flat specially in Route A where she just accepts it because of her friends !! She is a hypocrite in both routes but at-least in route B she has some reason to accept the brainwashing.

Any similar Corruption games like this, even if the MC is Female and you can derail their future or corrupt they're personality.

Depends on what do you mean by that. If you mean similar setting, I don't know any similar games. But if you just mean corruption like this, I can think of a few
When you say "derail their future and corrupt their personality" along with female MC the first thing that pops to mind is Agent Sirius. It's a completely different game (being a RPG Maker game without combat) where if you lose to any of the villains, the main character become their brainwashed minion and helps corrupt the rest of the girls into that particular villain's taste. It's a game where you're meant to lose, see how that branch goes, load the save, win, progress a while, lose, see how that branch plays out, rinse and repeat until you get to the actual end.

Also from Tjord, the creator of the original unfinished Asturion War, there's Isis: the Fall and Valdana: the Fall, both sci-fi/space-themed visual novels where the (male) protagonist brainwashes a group of women (the crew of a military ship in Isis, the inner circle of a planet's Queen in Valdana) into his slaves with changes to both her minds and bodies.
